With the development of major fire accidents in energy-saving buildings all over the country to vigorously promote and at home in recent years due to thermal insulation material caused by the continue to occur,the traditional flammable polyurethane foam,polystyrene foam thermal insulation material has been more and more suitable to be used in various public places and in the field of civil construction Phenolic foam is called the third generation of new insulation material,which is composed of a foamable phenolic resin in surface active agent,curing agent and foaming agent through chemical blowing or under the action of physical foaming and get a foam material,the fastest developing varieties are also present foam insulation materials.Compared with other foam,phenolic foam has excellent heat resistance,acid corrosion and low smoke and non toxicity,and its unique flame resistance and dimensional stability,which makes the phenolic foam is expected to replace flammable polyurethane foam,polystyrene foam insulation materials become a new flame retardant to insulation materials.But it still has some shortcomings,because the structure of phenolic resins on the weak links of phenolic hydroxyl and methylene easy oxidation,the foam brittleness.low strength.easy off powder,not bending problems,restrict the large range popularization and application of phenolic foam.This thesis with phenolic resin,cashew phenol as raw materials,using the method of physical foaming,by changing the type and dosage of foaming agent.the dosage of cardanol and other conditions,the effects of foaming agent type and amount,cardanol dosage and after the weathering effects on physical properties of phenolic foam.Research shows that:the foaming agent as an important group of preparation of phenolic foam,the kinds and dosage has important effect on the properties of phenolic foam.We select n-pentane and boiling range is 30 ? to 60 ? petroleum ether two different foaming agent.The results show that,increasing two foaming agent content,apparent density,compressive strength and thermal conductivity decrease phenolic foam,powder degree,water absorption rate increased,the petroleum ether foamed phenolic foam anti pulverization degree than pentane foaming phenolic foam.The types of the foaming agent has no effect on the coefficient of thermal conductivity,has little effect on foaming agent dosage on the pH value of phenolic foam.Petroleum ether foam prepared phenolic foam,comprehensive performance is better than the normal pentane Foaming Prepared phenolic foam.Phenolic foam was prepared by introducing cardanol in the process of phenolic foam toughness good.The results show that,the introduction of cardanol can remarkably improve the mechanical properties of phenolic foam and powder degree,adding amount of phenol phenolic resin shelled fruit is 5%,the compressive strength of the phenolic foam reached the highest value 1.12MPa,powder degree decreased obviously.In addition,phenolic foam placed after dry,damp heat aging and natural conditions,the mechanical properties of phenolic foam were changed obviously.The results show that,the phenolic foam in the hot dry compression strength after aging is low,heat conduction coefficient increased,water absorption rate increased.After hydrothermal aging,compression strength increases thermal conductivity decreased.Natural conditions are placed under the properties of phenolic foam have significant influence.Phenolic foam placed under natural conditions,the compression strength they decrease with the time prolonging.the coefficient of thermal conductivity increased as the time increased.
