With the progress of science and technology,machining center occupies an irreplaceable position in the industrial manufacturing industry.But along with the requirements of people to the machining accuracy of machine tool improved,reducing the machining error has become the focus of improving the processing level.Scholars around the world have carried out extensive research in depth,many effective methods are put forward,and with the increase of manufacturing precision,geometric error has been cut dramatically.This paper takes TX1600G boring and milling machining center as the research object.On the basis of fully research error compensation technology at home and abroad,the thermal characteristics analysis,temperature and error detection and error compensation model of TX1600G boring and milling machining center are studied by using the relevant theory and technology and with the help of related software.The specific contents are as follows.Firstly,this paper introduces the research background and significance,then summarizes the error compensation method and steps.And error compensation technology at home and abroad and the research present situation have been analyzed concretely,and its defects are pointed out.Based on analyzing the structure feature of TX1600G boring and milling machining center,this paper analyzes the sliding pair and revolute pair errors of machine tool and its reasons.We establish comprehensive error compensation model for four kinds of machining center,namely TXYZ,XTYZ,XYTZ,XYZT,using homogeneous coordinate transformation method.Then using the law of it and the 34 error elements obtained from the analysis,we conduct the comprehensive error model of the TX1600G boring and milling machining center.Based on finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench,thermal characteristics of feed system in TX1600G boring and milling machining center is analyzed.And we get the temperature field.This provides a basis for building a better machining center thermal error model.The need for process parameter analysis of TX1600G boring and milling machining center and mainly study content determines the error detection method,to lay the foundation for the next step of thermal error compensation modeling of feed system.Through the heat source analysis of the machining center and optimized the related experimental data of key points,we studied the thermal error compensation model of machine tool based on multiple linear regression least squares.Through MATLAB software to solve the model parameter,we obtained the thermal error compensation model of machining center,and tested the model.
