In recent years,air pollution has become an increasingly serious concern.It reduced the atmospheric visibility,formed acid rain,cause respiratory disease and affect the globle climate,etc.So,countries suffered successive incidents caused by the air pollution.The issue of environmental pollution control become the common aspirations for all the governments and people.Let people see the severity of the air pollution clearly in macroeconomic situation is the most basic step to solve the air problem to avoid being assimilated into the surrounding air,so,digital dust measuring meter of light scattering is widely used because of the advantages of stable performance?high Sensitivity?convenient measurement.The suspended dust made in ask environment are harmful to human health,so the state placed the dust meter on the instrument forced to be detected.The calibration for dust meter become an integral part in the air pollution respect.The article set up the basic of theory by reference to Verification Regulation of Digital Dust Measuring Meter of Light Scattering Method and Determination of atmospheric articles PM 10 and PM2.5 in ambient air by gravimetric method.And develop a calibration system apply to Digital Dust Measuring Meter of Light Scattering Method.The flue gas distributions in the entrances and export of cuboid and cylinder with the same volume are simulated numerically by CFD,then concluded that the cylinder is better than cuboid.And the optimum size is D=400mm and H=500mm by simulated numerically of six cylinders of different sizes.Fitting process is conducted on the different aerosols by Matlab computer simulation and learned the DEHS is the optimum dust source.In the past research about the calibration of dustmeter,uncertainty analysis were seldom mentioned.However,in this article,the analysis and evaluation of the uncertainty have been done in detail for calibration system.Finally,get the value of uncertainty,combined uncertainty and expanded uncertainty of sensitivity error are1.07%and 2.14%,combined uncertainty and expanded uncertainty of relative error arel.13%and2.26%.After the development of calibration system,we calibrated many dust meters commissioned by several manufacturers,include AM510?Dust TRAK 11-8530?8532?8533 made in TSI,3016IAQ made in LIGHTHOUSE of USA,and LD-5C(B)made in China,and Multiply the conversion factors later,the sensitivity errors and relative errord of all dust meters are less than or equal to ±2%and ±10%.
