Non-pillar sublevel caving method have simple parameters, high mechanization degree, great capacity of production, low cost and good safety performance. In this method, caving body shape is an important factors influencing the effect of ore quality, caving body fall zone depth is an important parameters of caving body form, but the caving body subsidence zone depth study to reduce the effects of the loss of the ore dilution was insufficient in the past, so the study has important significance. On the basis of literature review, the influence of caving subsidence zone depth on the ore dilution loss problem is proposed in this paper. The end put mine scale model is developed, and the matched positioning piece and colorful trademark particles are made. The specific experimental scheme is determined, and a series of five different depth caving body subsidence area experiments are conducted, each group of experiments are carried out in accordance with the experimental scheme of ore-bearing rock filling, iconic particles, and the ore experiment. In the process of ore drawing, features of the separation data, the recycling symbol particles record and release time is collected, and the five groups of experimental data and processing are analyzed. The results are as follows:1. The end ore experimental model is developed and tested.2. In the experiment of five groups of different depth caving body fall area, the results show that when the other conditions are constant, the caving body subsidence zone depth influences the formation of blown-off-ore rock and the ore dilution loss. As subsidence zone depth deepening, ore loss increases, and the ore dilution rate not changes much. When the depth of caving body subsidence zone is 0 mm, ore loss rate is 29.73% and the dilution rate is 20.60%,the loss rate of ores is minimum and the dilution rate is relatively low.3. It was found in the experiment that: The other conditions are constant, when the cut-off grade is 20%, with the change of the caving body subsidence zone depth, the total ore recovery of each group of the experiment is about 2 times of the pure ore quantity.4. When the side ore is drawing, the subsidence area pole position stay close to the stream axis, the pole falling speed, waste rock and ore interface extension speed and the ore dilution speed is faster.5. By the matching of least square method and gauss elimination method, the relationship of fitting q ?%? ,loss rate of ores, ore dilution rate p ? % ? and the subsidence zone depth h?mm? based on the caving body is:q=-1×10-7h4-7×10-6h3-0.0002h2+0.1526h+29.73?=-6×10-7h4-0.00001h3+0.0056h2-0.0224h+20.06...
