With the escalating furnace technology and its supporting industries,the three stages furnace design,construction and operation are not satisfied with the simple qualitative analysis and guidance,but on the basis of the burning,testing,control technology,the quantitative analysis and comprehensive grasp of all parameters specific kiln scientifically give a reasonable reference for the three phases.To this end,this paper using thermal equilibrium theory and research the relationships between temperature control system and the gas flow control,the opening degree of the gas valves and gas flow,has been segmented and statistical methods to quantify the fuel consumed of segment temperature and different positions of roller kiln,and gives details the processes and procedures of the two methods.Kiln A and B were used to verify the feasibility of the two methods,and it received theoretical actual consumption of each section and its proportion of the total consumption in various temperature ranges,and draw out the burn on the basis of mouth opening curve and fuel supply curve.Burnup distribution curve reflect the operation of another's kiln firing systems.Analysis of the shortcomings of traditional combustion system design,it proposed design based on fuel consumption burner temperature ranges,and research on burnup distribution for the design and operation of the furnace to provide scientific data support.
