Energy is an important material basis for human survival and development. With the development of the total amount of advances in technology, people on the three traditional fossil fuels that is over-exploitation of coal, oil, natural gas, has caused the traditional fossil fuels decreasing, lack of resources, even to the end of the century some 21 fossil fuel will be consumed Scots do. Moreover, with the rapid economic and social development, the impact on the environment is increasingly significant, so that even more serious environmental pollution, new energy, energy saving, more and more people’s attention. The demand for high-quality green energy has become increasingly urgent, and biofuels as an emerging renewable energy, due to its combustion products through the cycle of nature, in line with the requirements of green, making preparation and refining biofuels technology has been widely promotion. Full utilization of the world’s oil pressure and relieve pressure on the environment has a very important role in biofuels. However, biomass pyrolysis bio-oil industrial production process, must be heat carrier heating was continued, the traditional method is mainly used to produce heat by coal, straw, oil and other fuel combustion, in the combustion process will not only produce a lot of pollution waste material, and the cost of coal, straw, oil and other combustion equipment, high maintenance costs. In the above context, this paper aims to design a suitable clean biomass fuel and non-condensable gas mixed fuel burner for industrial biomass pyrolysis for bio-fuel and equipment to provide a stable heat source. Meanwhile biomass pyrolysis oil product obtained combustible non-condensable gas combustion treatment and utilization, the biomass pyrolysis oil industry to achieve self-sufficiency and reduce costs.According to Northeast Forestry University Biomass Engineering Center developed biofuels as a sample, by the basis of bio-combustible fuel and non-condensable gas physical and chemical characteristics and combustion characteristics more in-depth research and analysis, this paper proposes a creative and do not clean biomass fuel condensable gas mixed fuel burner of the design theory.
