The antiferroelectric ceramics were found in the 1950 s,a kind of typical phase change of ferroelectric materials.Among them,the performance of lead zirconate titanate(PZT)based ceramics is excellent,especially not easily get saturated dielectric,small residual polarization,in terms of energy storage type pulse capacitor has the very big application prospect.According to the report,the energy storage density of PLZST antiferroelectric ceramics increased with the increase of the content of Zr,decreased with the increase of Sn content.Hence presumably,the PLZST antiferroelectric ceramics of high content of Zr is likely to own the higher energy storage density,so I decided to choose the PLZST antiferroelectric ceramics with high Zr content and low Sn content whose chemical group is(Pb0.97La0.02)(Zr0.95Sn0.01Ti0.04)O3 as the research object of this paper.The PLZST precursor producted by the improved sol-gel method not only largely reduced the reaction temperature,and the composition of the PLZST powder could be controlled well,the powder also had good uniformity,high purity and chemical activity,tiny powder particles.Among the preparation of ceramic samples by the traditional high temperature sintering process,using the different sintering conditions,and measuring the XRD,the SEM,the dielectric hysteresis loop and the dielectric frequency curve of the samples,could finally determine the optimal comprehensive performance of the PLZST ceramics samples obtained under the sintering condition that the sintering temperature was 1150? and the sintering time was 2h.The dielectric breakdown voltage of samples was up to 15MV/m,the largest energy storage density was 1.08J/cm3,energy storage efficiency could reach 81.2%.The influence of the PbO-B2O3 glass burned aid on the performance of the PLZST ceramics was studied through experiments,when adding the right content of PbO-B2O3,PbO-B2O3 could effectively improve the crystallization of samples,made the biggest energy storage density of samples up to 1.18 J/cm3;When the content of PbO-B2O3 continued to increase,PbO-B2O3 would reduce the crystallization,dielectric breakdown voltage and the energy storage density of the samples.The PMN-PT with high dielectric constant compounded with the PLZST,could effectively improve the crystallization of the samples,improved the dielectricconstants of materials,but also greatly reduced the dielectric breakdown voltage of samples.So this idea still need the further research and perfection.
