In this study,Paspalum notatum,Eragrostis curvula and Vetiveria zizanioiaes were used to test potted plants in the greenhouse of Jiangxi Institute of Red Soil.The experiment was divided into Paspalum notatum,Eragrostis curvula and Vetiveria zizanioiaes on the tolerance and enrichment of Cu and Zn single pollution soil.In the study of the tolerance and enrichment of Paspalum notatum,Eragrostis curvula and Vetiveria zizanioiaes under Cu single pollution soil,the concentration of Cu2+ added to the soil was set at 0,50 mg/kg,150 mg/kg,300 mg/kg,450 mg/kg on April 8,2016 and 25 mg/kg,75 mg/kg,100 mg/kg on May 13,2016.In the study of the tolerance and enrichment of Paspalum notatum,Eragrostis curvula and Vetiveria zizanioiaes under Zn single pollution soil,the concentration of Zn2+ added to the soil was set at 0,100mg/kg,300mg/kg,500mg/kg,700mg/kg.By studying of the tolerance feature of Cu2+,Zn2+?trauma symptoms,plant height,biomass,chlorophyll content and relative conductivity?and the enrichment capacity(Cu2+,Zn2+content,translocation factor,cumulant of Cu2+,Zn2+ and bioaccumulation factor)in Paspalum notatum,Eragrostis curvula and Vetiveria zizanioiaes.The main findings are as follows:?1?The plants transplanted on April 8,2016,under the single stress of Cu2+ were the best in the control group,and the growth of Cu2+ was 25mg/kg on May 13,2016 the best.The growth rate of Zn2+ was 100mg/kg and the concentration of Zn2+ was 100mg/kg and300mg/kg,and the growth rate of Zn2+ was 100mg/kg.?2?Eragrostis curvula,which was transplanted on April 8,2016,was the highest in the control group.The Vetiveria zizanioiaes was the highest with the addition of Cu2+ at50mg/kg and moved on May 13,2016 Planted Eragrostis curvula with Cu2+ added to the highest 75mg/kg group,Vetiveria zizanioiaes to Cu2+ added amount of 25mg/kg as the highest.The amount of Zn2+ was 100mg/kg under the single stress of Zn2+,and the highest amount of Zn2+ was 500mg/kg,which was not significantly different from that of the control group?P <0.05?.?3?The biomass of Cu2+ under single stress was the highest in the control group on April 8,2016.The plant was transplanted on May 13,2016,with the addition of Cu2+ as25mg/kg maximum.Under the single stress of Zn2+,the biomass was the largest in the control group,and the root / shoot ratio was less than 1.?4?The plants transplanted by chlorophyll in Cu2+ under single stress on April 8,2016 were the highest with the addition of Cu2+ at 50mg/kg,and the plants transplanted on May13,2016 were 25mg/kg maximum.Under the single stress of Zn2+,Paspalum notatum andVetiveria zizanioiaes were the highest with the addition of Zn2+ 500mg/kg,and Eragrostis curvula was the highest at 100mg/kg.?5?The plants with the relative conductivity of Cu2+ under the single stress of April 2,2016 were the highest with the addition of Cu2+ at 450mg/kg,and the plants transplanted on May 13,2016 were 100mg/kg is the largest.Under Zn2+ single stress,500mg/kg was the highest.?6?The Cu2+ content in the aerial part of Cu2+ and Zn2+ was less than that of the underground Cu2+,and the transfer coefficient was less than 1.?7?The Zn2+ content in Cu2+ and Zn2+ singleton was higher than that in the underground part under Cu2+ and Zn2+ single stress.The Zn2+ content was more than 1under Cu2+ single stress.Under Zn2+ single stress,the content of Zn2+ was lower than that of underground,except for Paspalum notatum in the control group was greater than 1,other plants were less than 1 in other treatments.?8?The Cu2+ and Zn2+ accumulation of Paspalum notatum,Eragrostis curvula and Vetiveria zizanioiaes had different effects on the accumulation of Cu2+ or Zn2+ under Cu2+and Zn2+ single stress.The accumulation of Cu2+ or Zn2+ was higher than that of the underground part.?9?The enrichment coefficient of Cu2+ or Zn2+ in Cu2+ or Zn2+ under Cu2+ single stress was the highest at 150 mg/kg of Cu2+ in Pasalum notatum transplanted on April 8,2016.Eragrostis curvula was added at 50 mg/kg Cu2+ The maximal,Vetiveria zizanioiaes was the largest in the control group;Paspalum notatum transplanted on May 13,2016 was the largest at the concentration of Cu2+ at 75 mg/kg,and Eragrostis curvula and Vetiveria zizanioiaes were the most concentrated at Cu2+ at 25 mg/kg.The enrichment coefficient of Cu2+ and Zn2+ in Cu2+ and Zn2+ groups was affected by Zn2+ single stress.The enrichment coefficient of Cu2+ and Zn2+ was basically lower than that of underground part.In summary,Paspalum notatum,Eragrostis curvula and Vetiveria zizanioiaes are not hyperaccumulators of Cu2+ or Zn2+.However,when Cu2+ or Zn2+ is the main pollutant in soil,the content of Cu2+ in the soil is 0 187.65mg/kg or the total Zn2+ content is 0 583.53mg/kg can be given priority to plant Paspalum notatum,or Paspalum notatum and Vetiveria zizanioiaes mixed cultivation.
