Slag powder in the cement industry is generally used as mixed material,environmental protection products of turn waste into wealth.Vertical mill,with its unique advantages instead of the ball mill as an important equipment of slag grinding process,fine grinding,grinding,promotion,drying,choose powder and a series of processes.Are the major factors affect the stable operation of the slag feed feed rate,material thickness,mill vibration,grinding into the outlet pressure.At the same time,vertical mill system is also a strong coupling,multi-variable,time-varying,nonlinear and difficult to modeling system of industrial production.The basis of the traditional automatic control is difficult to achieve good control effect.In order to ensure the GGBS production stability,improve the efficiency of vertical mill grinding,to study the optimal control has become an important subject.Firstly,the design of the overall control scheme is based on the actual slag powder production line,according to the expert system,the expert rule base is set up,and the thickness of vertical abrasive layer is set;according to the characteristics of the change of vertical abrasive layer,which is influenced by many factors,in order to make sure that the slag feeding quantity can be adjusted quickly and accurately according to the change of the material layer,A fuzzy PID controller based on improved genetic algorithm is designed.At the same time,the air inlet and outlet pressure difference of the mill can be stabilized by adjusting the opening of the air inlet valve.The simulation results show that the fuzzy PID controller optimized by the improved genetic algorithm has smaller overshoot and faster response speed.Last,combined with the actual slag grinding process control requirements,the use of OPC technology to the simulation optimization control algorithm is embedded to the scene after the validation in DCS control system,and according to the project need to join the limiting the amount of control and threshold control.The trial operation results show that the slag powder vertical mill optimization control strategy is very good and stability of the vertical mill material layer,reduced vibration value of the vertical mill.
