Composite material that has a bright prospect is with a wide scope, several of kinds and perfect property. The designable of composite material will make it to be the mostest prospective, and easiest to reach the best design's ideal material.The method of composite material structure design is one of experienced designs, which based on limited material experimentations. Being the specific structure restricted, according to this experience way, it cannot embody its perfect property enough, and the good design case would not be obtained. Overlooking the present situation of composite material structure design, we will find that numerical optimized design to deal with composite materials structure, with the help of finite element analysis technology, combined with various theories of system optimized and modern optimized calculation is a trend. This article according to the characteristic of composite material structure design, it choose a Genetic Algorithm to as corresponding optimized searching calculation, and then a method to optimize the design of composite material structure will be obtained, which will not depend on gradient information and the initial conditions.This article is based on researching of Genetic Algorithm mechanism, introducing concept of fuzzy control, using the fuzzy logic controller, reduces the Genetic Algorithm immature restrains phenomenon during numerical optimize. Moreover, in allusion to the lamination shell design parameter has the separate characteristic, proposed integer code strategy that is suitable for Genetic Algorithm optimized design of composite lamination shell. This encoding method is simple and intuitional, and operate convenient, and easy to carry through the crossover and mutation operate of Genetic Algorithm.In analyzing lamination shell structural intensity, made the fitness function of Fuzzy Genetic Algorithm which is aim at structure intensity optimization.Developed the research which coupling ANSYS finite element analysis and Fuzzy Genetic optimization Algorithm.Construct a calculation method which is combined software of ANSYS finite element analysis with Fuzzy Genetic Algorithm. It is not only can complete the optimal design of composite material lamination shell structure intensity, but also can realize the finite element analysis of lamination shell parameterization independently.The instance of simple structure intensity optimal design indicates that this article's conclusion is correct. It is meaningful for the corresponding research of composite material structure design and engineering application.
