This paper is based on the research in the laboratory and the actual scale production of the wide strip 65MnL steel used in saw blade,it is drawing a conclusion that the various factors influencing the spheroidizing organization of 65MnL steel,it is included about the steelmaking ingredient,the hot-rolled coiling temperature,the cold rolling pressure ratio,the spheroidizing annealing process,the secondary spheroidizing annealing process and so on,according to the theory,experiment and the actual mass production study,it is drawing a conclusion about the optimization of composition,the hot rolling process and the annealing process.The main contents and results of the research are as follows:(1)With Cr added in wide band 65Mnl steel used in the saw blade,the microstructure and property uniformity of the material is better than that of 65MnL steel without Cr.(2)The 65MnL steel used low temperature winding(610 ± 20?)in the hot rooling,due to rapid cooling in the process of rolling steel,its grain is relatively uniform and nodulizing,its grade is relatively high.At the same time because the rapid cooling needs to intensifying layer colding,the scale of the steel plate surface is removed cleaner after the layer colding.And there is basically no decarburization because the coiling temperature is lower than the phase change point.(3)The matrix organization before rolling is greatly improved by pre spheroidizing annealing after pickling.It is not only improving the organization spheroidizing ratio and uniformity of products,and also making the cold rolling process easier.The pre spheroidizing annealing choose 735?(insulation 13 h)and 680? isothermal(6 h),the cold rolled down select 50%,the secondary spheroidizing annealing temperature is 710?,The 65MnL steel obtain the best performance by a series of the above technological process,the nodularity reaches above 90%,the grade of nodulization reaches level 6,the microstructure of substrate are all evenly diffuse distribution of spheroidal pearlite.
