In this paper,in-situ polymerization of nano-silica surface with melamine resin treated as shell to be coated jasmine fragrance, the preparation of high closed jasmine fragrance microcapsules.By single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment investigated the type of emulsifier, emulsifier,HLB value emulsification, homogenization speed and time, the molar ratio of formaldehyde and melamine-core wall ratio, prepolymer dropping rate body, curing reaction pH value silicate dosage and other factors on the preparation of a pressure-sensitive microcapsules flavor,by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),infrared Pop analyzer,TGA,UV spectrophotometer microcapsule sample morphology, chemical composition points, structure, thermal stability, encapsulation efficiency and closed characterized. The results show that the best flavor microcapsule preparation conditions:styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer emulsifier sodium and sodium dodecyl sulfate,Secretary Ban-80 complex, emulsifier 5%,HLB value of 9,homomixer 10min,homogenization speed 7500rpm,formaldehyde to melamine molar ratio 3:1,ratio of core to wall 1:1 addition rate, prepolymer 1mL/min,the curing reaction pH value 3.5,the amount of silicate 10g/L.Fragrance microcapsules prepared by the condition for a single spherical core-shell-core structure, microencapsulation rate of 29%,a closed wall, heat resistance up to 390 ?.
