The coumarin deriavtives was widely applied in fluorescent materials because of the advantage such as strong fluorescence,bright color and good optical properties etc.The synthesis of the new coumarin fluorescent derivatives become one of hot topics and was the people's researching focus,since nineteen nineties.The paper mainly work includes the following three parts:1.At the basis on the synthesis of coumarin acid,the preparation of 1,3,4-oxadizole coumarin was researched.1,3,4-oxadizole was cyclized at dehydrant for coumarin acid and single hydrazide or double hydrazide.The influence of the factors of the reaction such as the ratio of raw material,reaction temperature and reaction time was optimized.Under the optimum conditions,21 symmetrical and unsymmetrical 1,3,4-oxadiazoles coumarin derivatives was synthetized,including 14 new compounds.All compounds was identified by NMR and mass spectrum.2.The green synthesis of phenazine derivatives was studied,the phenazine was prepared with 1,2-dicarbonyl compounds and 1,2-diamine as the raw material at solvent-free condition.The reaction was optimized by inspected the condition of solvent,temperature and reaction time and nine compounds were prepared with the yield of 55-91%.All compounds were characterized by 1H NMR.We paid attention on the synthesis of the effect factors on reaction,like ratio of raw materials,reaction temperature and time were investigated.3.The photoelectric properties of 1,3,4-oxadiazole coumarins were detected through UV-Vis,fluorescence and 3D-fluorescence spectroscopy and the relation between molecular structure and fluorescence properties was also researched.The results of the study show that:---------all the compounds are fluorescent in solution emitting green light(464-495nm).Two fluorescence peaks are observated in their three-dimensional fluorescence spectra.The performance of photoelectric properties is greatly influenced by big conjugate system and suitable D-A structure.
