| Because of the number of the Antarctic Krill and its rich nutrition,the Antarctic Krill(Euphausia superba)has been well known by people gradually.Antarctic krill oil contains abundant phospholipid polyunsaturated fatty acid.And it has functions of antioxidant,allergy,lower blood sugar,lower blood pressure and cardiovascular protection activity,which has very high utilization value.The region Antarctic krill lives in is far away from the processing area,it costs a long time of storage transport after the harvest.During the transport,the quality of Antarctic krill oil easily deteriorated.In this experiment,extrusion granulation was used to granulate the Antarctic krill meal,and investigated effects of the oil extraction from extrusion granulation pellets in different ingredient proportions.The storage stability and bio-activity of the Antarctic krill oil extracted with organic solvent was investigated,the basic data was provided for the further development.The krill meal,freeze dried krill meal,corn flour and potato starch was extrusive granulated in different ratio.The extrusion granulation pellets made of krill meal was shown as a layer internal structure captured by electron microscope scanning,while the pellets made of meat meal was shown as spherical.During the experiment of solvent stability,the pellets can maintain better integrity in organic solvent and illustrate that the quality of krill oil extracted in organic solvent cannot be influenced by the physical characteristic of the pellets.The content of moisture of extrusion granulation pellets made of krill meat meal is relatively higher than that in hot dried krill meal.In the experiment of raw oil extraction,the oil recovery rate of pellets made of krill meal and corn flour(85:15)was highest(77.96%),while the rate was 83.13%of the pellets of krill meal and potato starch(85:15).In addition,the oil recovery rate of pellets made of meat krill meal and com flour(85:15)was highest(85.75%),while the rate was 90.23%of the pellets of meat meal and potato starch(95:5).So the meat krill meal granulation was better with better pellets integrity and high oil recovery rate.But according to the data of acid value determination and oil composition analysis,the acid value of oil extracted from pellets made of krill meat meal was comparatively higher,while the content of phospholipid in oil extracted from pellets made of hot dried krill meal is much higher.However,the content of cholesterol was shown in the same level.The experiments of composition of fatty acid suggested that extrusion granulation processing has little influence on the composition of fatty acid compared with the raw materials.The double kinds of Antarctic krill oil(whole oil,phospholipid)extracted in organic solvent was weekly determined in parameter(acid value,peroxide value)under different storage conditions.Results showed the best condition for krill oil storage was lower temperature,lightless,anaerobic.In animal experiments,firstly makes a research on the shrimp sauce feed mice spleen index and thymus index,the phagocytsis phagocytes ability and the influence of lymphocyte proliferation ability level after 28 feeding days,results suggested that the double kinds of krill oil can significantly improve the level of spleen and thymus index and strengthen phagocyte phagocytosis and lymphocyte proliferation ability.According to the data of ELISA test,Test results shew that the Antarctic krill oil can significantly increase the mice serum cytokine IL-2,IL-4,the content of TNF alpha,IFN-gamma.It has certain immune regulating activity. |
