With the development of the chemical industry,good performance fluorine groups have been introduced into the silicone molecules on the basis of maintaining the silicone materials original characteristics and a series of fluorine silicon new materials were developed.The fluorosilicone materials have the outstanding performance which organic silicone materials and organic fluorine materials have such as low surface tension,solvent resistance,high temperature resistance,impact features,excellent weather resistance and chemical resistance.The fluorosilicone materials have been widely used in the defense industry as well as the traditional industry such as electronic,mechanical,construction,automotive,paint and in the high-tech fields such as aerospace,health care,information engineering,marine development,petrochemical,bio-environmental protection,renewable-energy etc.The inorganic mesoporous materials(silica,5A-zeolite,titanium dioxide)immobilized platinum catalysts were prepared and the fluorosilicone materials were synthesized by the hydrosilylation reaction.The different conditions such as temperature,reaction time,amount of catalyst,catalyst repeatedly used in the reaction were discussed.The hydrophobic and oleophobic property of fluorosilicone materials were also studied.The main contents are as follow:1.Introduced knowledge about the fluorosilicone materials and hydrosilylation reaction etc,reviewed the classification and research progress of silicone industry,the fluorosilicone materials,and preparation of the fluorosilicone monomer etc.2.Prepared a series of inorganic mesoporous materials(silica,5A-zeolite,titanium dioxide)immobilized on the platinum catalysts,to be characterized by 1NMR,IR and XPS,and the catalytic active ingredient platinum was fragmented highly on the surface of the inorganic carrier.3.Perfluorinated hexyl ethyl triethoxysilane was synthesized by hydrosilylation reaction,to be confirmed target product via identified by NMR and IR,analyzed the different conditions such as temperature,reaction time,amount of catalyst,catalyst repeatedly used in the reaction and the optimum reaction conditions were got.Soxhlet extractor was used to make the rector better to improve the conversion rate of the reactants.4.The fluorosilicone films were prepared via sol-gel method on the surface of the substrate(steel,glass),studied the hydrophobic and oleophobic property of the films with interfacial tension meter and atomic force microscopy,analyzed the diffenent condition in the preparation of the fluorosilicone films.The results showed that the film which has good hydrophobic and oleophobic property,is a fluorosilicone material with potential development.
