With the development of the hydrophobic coatings research,people has higher requirement for coating,according to the application environment of different synthesis with a certain function of coating has become a trend of future hydrophobic industry,such as the application in the digital products of the touch screen or antifouling hydrophobic on the surface of the transparent glass,etc.,which not only requires to hydrophobic,but the transparency and rubbing fastness has become another very important parameter.However,the transparency is reduced due to the increase of the microscopic roughness of the coating.Therefore,grasping the appropriate nanoparticles to improve the surface roughness and rubbing fastness of the coating itself,in order to achieve better hydrophobicity and transparency has become one of the important and difficult of field.In view of this,the specific research contents of this paper are as follows:?1?Vinyl modified nano-silica sol?VS?was prepared by using?-Methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane?KH570?asmodifierand tetraethoxysilane?TEOS?as hydrolysis precursor via sol-gel method.Then,the hydrosilylation among VS,fluorine-containing and hydrogen-containing polysiloxane?FPHMS?and perfluorooctane ethylene(vi-F17)led to fluorosilicone resin?FSi-1?.Finally,the resulting FSi-1 was coated on the glass to give water-repellent transparent coating.The composition structure and properties of the products were investigated by FT-IR,TEM,TGA,AFM and water contact angle?WCA?measurement.In additon,the influence of the addition of adding VS on the properties of the coating was also discussed.The results demonstrated that on the surface of coatings showed a large amount of nano-convex which distributing evenly,and the mass fraction of VS was 10%,FSi-1 system was stable.As the mass fraction of FSi-1 was 0.5%,the light transmittance was not affected.Moreover,the coating hardness was 5H.It still had hydrophobic effect that the WCA was 91.8?when the WCA increased to 120.5?,the Ra was0.032?m,and the times of rubbing resistance reached 1000.But without adding VS of coating,when the times of rubbing resistance reached 600,the glass surface did not have hydrophobic effect,the WCA only was 80.4?.?2?The cyclic organic siloxane substrate?DV?was prepared by hydrosilylationof2,4,6,8-tetramethylcyclotetrasiloxane?D4H?and triethoxyvinylsilane?VTES?under the action of catalyst H2Pt Cl6?Then,the sol-gel method among DV and Perfluorooctyltriethoxysilane?PFOTS?led to nano-hybrid ring fluorosilicone resin?PTDV?under the acidic conditions.Finally,the PTDV was coated on the glass to give water-repellent transparent coating.The composition structure and properties of the products were investigated by FT-IR,TEM,SEM,TGA,AFM and water contact angle?WCA?measurement.The results showed that,when the curing temperature was 140?,n?PFOTS?:n?DV?=3:1,the mass fraction of PTDV was 0.6%.the transparency of the coating was 82%,the WCA was 125.8°,the coating hardness was 4H,and it still had hydrophobic properties when the times of rubbing resistance reached1298.All performances of coatings were optimal when the coating application temperature is 30200?.TEM photos and particle size analyzer showed that the particle size of the PTDV was around 245.8nm,and the distribution was relatively uniform.The AFM pictures showed that there were so many uneven microtubules on the surface that the Rq is 3.465nm.It showed that the subject had successfully constructed the surface micronano rough structure and realized the effective combination of inorganic nanoparticles and organic fluorosilicon.?3?By adopting the Stober method,the nano-Si O2?NAS?with uniform dispersion and regular spherical shape were prepared by using tetraethoxysilane?TEOS?,deionized water,ammonia and ethanol,and formed micro-nano coatings on the glass surface.On the other hand,the hydrosilylation among Allyl-perfluoropolyethers?vi-PFPE?and Methyltriethoxysilane?TMS?led to PFPEO under the action of catalyst H2Pt Cl6.Then,antifouling and anti-fingerprint coatings were prepared by self-assembly of PFPEO on the NAS surface of transparent glass.The structures and films formation of the products were discussed by means of FTIR,TEM,FE-SEM,WCA and AFM.The results showed that,when the mass fraction of NAS was 6%,the mass fraction of PFPEO was 0.5%,the curing temperature was 150?,the transmittance of the coating reached above 80%.Moreover,the water contact angle?WCA?was120.3°,the oil contact angle?OCA?is 85.2°.Adding the NAS not only made the coating hardness was 5H,but also made hydrophobicity when the number of friction resistance could reach 1500 times.By FE-SEM and AFM photos,it was obviously observed that there were many microconvex structures similar to the surface of the lotus leaf on the microsurface of the coating.So,The combination of nanoparticles and low surface material was realized.
