With the rapid development of economy,the coal resources is becoming the main force to promote social progress with its advantage of cheap,high production capacity and easy to convert.At the same time,we prefer to change the coal resources with the high transportation cost into the low transportation cost electric energy,and the coal used for power generation is a clean and efficient way to use coal resources.It is the best way to build power plants next to the coal mine,in order to reduce the cost and make both of them under control.The problem comes when high-voltage transmission lines pass through the coalfield,the collapse caused by mining will be the hidden danger.From a practical point of view,designing the proportioning of the filling material by the orthogonal test in three factors and three levels.By the means of the filling material proportioning experiments,mechanical property tests,the comparison of economy and the Numerical Simulation to chose the best plan to make sure the safe operation of the high-voltage transmission lines.1)Using the coal gangue outputting by 4#Datong Jiaomei Mine,the sand,cement and water reducing agent with locally produced.Making out the proportioning of filling materials of No.2,No.4,No.5,No.7 by the orthogonal test in three factors and three levels.And then compared the cost of each filling material,the lowest cost is No.2 testing group(90.76yuan/m3),the highest cost is No.7(142.86yuan/m3).2)Analyse the filling effect of different filling material by FLAC3D.The sink-rate of No.2 testing group is 0.39,the sink-rate of No.4 testing group is 0.37,the sink-rate of No.5 testing group is 0.15,the sink-rate of No.7 testing group is 0.167.No.5 and No.7 testing group could have a better effected protection on high-voltage transmission lines.Through a comprehensive correlation of the cost and the protecting effect of high-voltage transmission lines,deciding No.5 testing group will be the best choice by the conditions of 4#Datong Jiaomei Mine(Water:Aggregate:Cement= 28%:65.4%:6.5%).The the 28-day's compressive strengths is 5.637MPa under the standard curing condition,the subsidence rate will reducing from 0.54 to 0.15.Reasonable method and well proportioning in the packing could protect high-voltage transmission lines.
