Coal is our country’s main support energy, the scientific exploitation of coalresources is closely related to the national economy development. Full-mechanizedsolid back-filling coal-mining technology was developed as a kind of green,environmental protection, energy saving and emission reduction coal miningtechnology in recent years. It’s the important direction of the coal resource greenmining development in our country. This article in view of the great amount ofcrushed coal and environmental problems caused by the gangue emission at XinyuanMine and the whole Yangquan coal co., LTD, carried on the system research ongangue back-filling coal-mining technology’s rock movement regularity, systemarrangement of filling mining, design of filling gangue conveying system, expectedsurface subsidence through the method of field investigation and theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and so on. Mainly obtained the following conclusions:(1)Studied the waste rock filling mining strata movement rule, and numericalanalysis method is adopted to reveal filling mining strata movement characteristics.(2)According to the conditions of test fill-mining area at Xinyuan mine andfilling mining face design principles, designed gangue back-filling mining system.(3)According to Xinyuan mine’s existing production systems and the basiccharacteristics of waste rock, designed the reasonable and reliable waste rock groundand underground coal conveying system, to ensure rapid continuous transport of coalgangue, ensured timely supply of the waste rock of filling mining working face.(4)Combining the geological characteristics of filling mining areas at Xinyuanmine, designed three kinds of filling mining face layout, and studied each of thelayout of surface subsidence rule, the results showed that when the working facelength is80m to100m, above buildings affected by mining damage are within thescope of class I, and the coal extraction rate is higher.(5)By adopting gangue back-filling coal-mining technology, the productionrate of mine resource was improved, the service life of the mine was prolonged, theenvironmental damage caused by the coal mining and coal discharge of solid waste inthe production of the harm to environment was eliminated, it achieved remarkableeconomic and social benefits, and provided an effective solution for other miningareas of mining enterprises of the same problems. This technology will have broadprospect of application and promotion.
