However, a large number of research findings that Long fluorocarbon polymers, easy oxidation degradation of perfluorinated carboxylic acid is generated in the nature and perfluorinated sulfonyl chloride environment pollutants. These pollutants have a high persistence in the environment that tissue to accumulate in the environment, human and animal, exist A potential danger to human health and the environment. Perfluorinated polyether alcohol has a very low surface energy, high thermal stability, good resistance to chemical corrosion resistance, good lubricity high frictional resistance etc. Very small amounts in the uv-curable resin add fluoride compounds can reduce the surface tension of the coating,Compared with traditional fluoropolymer, Perfluorinated polyether of synthesis of polymer in nature is not easy to degrade and avoid the generation of hazardous substances, To protect the environment, the curing coatings and animal has little harm to the human body.Fluorinated polyurethane acrylate (FUA) is prepared through fluorinated poly-ether glycol, isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) and hydroxyethyl methylacrylate (HEMA) with addition polymerization. Fluorinated acrylate (FM) is prepared through fluorinated poly-ether glycol and acryloylchloride. The structure was confirmed by IR. The novel fluorinated oligomers were mixed with reactive diluent, Irgacure-1173 and get UV-curing coating. The physical of UV-cured coatings such as gel content, solvent resistance, hardness,contact angle, SEM , adhesion were examined. The results showed that The acrylate coating modified by the fluorinated poly-ether glycol (FUA-PUA?FUA-EA and FM-PUA)has good surface physical properties, chemical resistance and solvent resistance, and the PUA coating containing FUA surface water contact angle increased from 98° to 113°, which reflects the very good hydrophobic property.The Fluoride hyperbranched polyurethane acrylate polymer was prepared with fluorinated poly-ether glycol (PFPE),isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), hydroxyethyl methylacrylate (HEMA) and hyperbranched polyester (H302) through addition reaction.modified the proportion of PFPE on H302, mixed with the principal part of resin According to the different proportion, and getting different fluoride fluoride of hyperbranched polymer.The structure was confirmed by IR. Meanwhile, the modification ratio of fluorinated hyperbranched polymer and the influences of the concentration, as well as the types of resin and durability of UV cured coating were investigated. The result showed that a very low concentration of fluorinated hyperbranched polymer (I. e. 0.5% ) and modification ratio of fluorinated hyperbranched polymer is eight and the content of PUA is equal with EA can improve the surface properties and the physical and mechanical properties of UV coating.Compared to the water contact angle, tensile strength and tape adhesion of HFUA-60 of 90°,32 Mpa and 3, that of HFUA-60 increase to 112°, 102 Mpa.
