Al-Cu-Mg alloys were promising in aircraft applications due to high thermal stability. The main contents of this paper is divided into three parts:three Al-Cu-Mg-Fe-Ni alloys with different components were designed, and, the room temperature mechanical properties and heat resistance of Al-Cu-Mg-Fe-Ni alloys were investigated by room temperature tensile and thermal exposure; The corrosion behavior of Al-Cu-Mg alloys were investigated by exfoliation corrosion and slow strain rate tension; The organic-inorganic high temperature insulation coating was Prepared, which can be cured at room temperature. The coating adhesion and high temperature insulation properties at short time were detected. Mainly to obtain the following conclusions:High strength at room temperature for high content Fe and Ni alloy Al-Cu-Mg-Fe-Ni(2#) and Alloying Ti and Zr.The residual strengths of plate-alloy (5#) was Improved from392.7MPa to395.1MPa, When The cold deformation amount from46%to54%. Explanation that increase the cold deformation amount can improve the strength of the alloy, but the effect is not obvious.The S phase of Diffuse scattered was vastly promoted by pre-deformation, Which can improve the alloy strength and resistance to stress corrosion. The strength and ductility of Al-Cu-Mg-Fe-Ni alloys to achieve the best matching state using4%pre-deformation and180℃/18h. The tensile strength reached426.3MPa, yield strength was377.0MPa, elongation was8.6%. When exposed500h at220℃, The tensile strength keeping75.6%and the yield strength keeping72.6%. The resistance to stress corrosion of T8alloys were better than T6alloys.Synthesis of zirconia aero gels by ambient pressure drying with propylene oxide addition. Apparent density of zirconia aero gels was0.2180g·cm-3. Surface modification of aluminum trihydrate, The surfactants was96%, Which can effectively enhance the binding force between the organic polymer.The film material using epoxy-silicone resin was better than silicone resin and epoxy. The composition of inorganic filler:Al(OH)3(50%), Cr2O3(20%), ZrO2(10%),Al(10%),Ni(10%).When the ratio of the organic film material and the inorganic filler is4:6, The adhesion was1, the temperature of material is not higher than200℃at300s for1000~1300℃high temperature flame. Using the zirconia aerogel and Surface modification of aluminum trihydrate, but not zirconia and aluminum trihydrate, Can effectively improve the performance of high temperature insulation coating.
