Because of the machine in the coal mine in a state of longterm continuous working,The propulsion system is responsible for the important work in the tunneling process,which affects the speed of the propulsion and the forming quality of the tunnel.So it is necessary to do further research on the control of the hydraulic system.In this paper,a double closed loop control strategy based on electro-hydraulic proportional control technology is proposed,Proportional relief valve and proportional speed control valve are used to control the speed and pressure of the hydraulic cylinder,in order to realize the mutual matching of propulsion pressure and propulsion speed.This subject is based on gm's KSZ-2600 excavator.Describes the research history and current situation of boring machine at home and abroad,introduces the characteristics of KSZ-2600 type roadheader under the background of the research,according to the existing problems in the process of TBM development,put forward the purpose and significance of this research topic and the research content.Introduces the structure and working principle of TBM,and control scheme is proposed on the basis of working process of hydraulic propulsion system and electro-hydraulic proportional technology on TBM,the proportional relief valve and proportional flow control valve to control the speed and pressure of hydraulic system.Using the simulation software AMESim to carry on the modeling and simulation analysis of the hydraulic system,and select the important components.Sing AMESim and Matlab simulation technology,the simulation analysis of the hydraulic system was carried out,and the PID and BP PID algorithm are simulated in the control model of Matlab.The effect of the controller is verified by using the KSZ-2600 heading machine.
