With high-strength and recyclable advantages, Fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin-based composite materials has been widely concerned about and its preparation technology is also constantly updated, and instead of fiber reinforced thermosetting resin composite materials is the future development trend. Continuous glass fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin composite sheet prepared by resin transfer molding technology is a kind of material, which can be used in lightweight design materials and can be widely used in sports facilities, automobile and aerospace fields. In this paper, the synthesis of caprolactam sodium (C10) and the preparation of anionic polymer PA6 resin with self-made initiator were studied in the presence of caprolactam and sodium hydroxide under laboratory conditions. Based on the study of thermosetting RTM,the design of T-RTM experimental equipment and the simulation of flow analysis in mold were carried out. and a fiber reinforced polyamide 6 resin transfer molding experimental equipment was built. At the same time, continuous nylon fiber reinforced nylon 6 composite sheet was prepared by casting process and resin transfer molding process with caprolactam monomer, caprolactam sodium, caprolactam block diisocyanate and glass fiber square cloth as main raw materials. The specific research contents are as follows:(1) The synthesis conditions of sodium caprolactam (CIO) prepared by sodium hydroxide (NaOH) and caprolactam (CL) were studied by experiment. The thermal stability was studied by DSC analysis and TGA analysis.(2) The effects of initiator and activator dosage, mold temperature and reaction time on the resin conversion, viscosity average molecular weight, crystallinity and bending and tensile strength of nylon 6 were studied experimentally.(3) A continuous glass fiber reinforced in situ polymerized nylon 6 composite sheet was prepared by self-developed T-RTM molding machine. The effects of the addition of glass fiber on the flexural and tensile strength of GF/PA6 composites and the effect of GF/PA6 composites on the absorption and shrinkage were studied. The microstructure and bending failure of GF/PA6 composites were analyzed by SEM electron microscopy...
