| Traditional domestic rubber additives are not as good asproducts of foreign origin in quality and environmental protection. Thedevelopment of new, environment friendly and efficient rubber additives has the vital significance.In this paper, dithiocarbamate groupas promoting ligand,the main structure of hindered phenolic anti-aging agent withlow pollution and low toxicity, an isomers of antioxidant vitamin C, antioxidant vitamin E hydrolysate as anti-aging ligands, a variety of rare earth complexes based on two ligands were synthesized under mild experimental conditions.The composition and structure of these complexes were characterized by FIIR,TGA, XRD and DSC, and their molecular formula was determined.The rare earth complexes were added into styrene butadiene rubber.The vulcanization properties, the crosslinking density, the mechanical properties and the thermal oxidative aging performance were tested.Experimental results showed thatcomplexes play double effect of rubber accelerator and anti-aging agent. At the same time, rare earth complexes that the molar ratio of ligands is 4:2 worked better.We selected two kinds of rare earth complexes with the best effect to prepare tread rubber and rubber filled with carbon black.The activation energy was calculated, and the properties of wear resistance, cutting resistance and so on were measured. We found thatrare earth complexes based ontwo ligands is not inferior to the traditional accelerators and antioxidantsin vulcanizingproperties, mechanical properties and thermal oxidative aging performance. |
