With the development of conventional energy sources,the development of conventional energy sources,the risk of depletion,and the difficulty of conventional oil and gas production increases every year,so the world began to pay attention to the exploitation of unconventional energy such as coal bed methane,shale gas,and so on.Shale gas mainly rely on slick water fracturing fluid,because of its effectively reduce tube frictional resistance,and little damage to formation has been widely used in very unconventional oil and gas field development.At the same time,because of the fracturing fluid and formation contact.resulting in a high amount of chlorine root,organic matter and metal ions Ca2+,Mg2+ and other pollutants,if the disposal of the return fluid,it will inevitably lead to environmental pollution problems can not be ignored.Resistance reducing agent is slippery water system is one of the most important additive,mainly in the polymer,its performance determines the scope of application of the system as a whole.But some high polymer in the formation salinity condition,the existence of the phenomenon of viscosity reduction,in particular,Ca2+,Mg2+ plasma,can lead to the precipitation of the polymer,affecting the dissolution and performance.Therefore,how to improve the salt resistance of the polymer,the use of the return fluid,reduce the consumption of fresh water resources,reasonable disposal of the large number of back row liquid generated in the development of shale gas has become one of the major issues to be solved in the development of shale gas.In this paper,the fast increasing viscosity,anti high mineral degree as the core,achieve the aim of continuous mixing with the construction technology and high salinity flowback water reuse.The ammonium sulfate and sodium bisulfite oxidation reduction initiator aqueous solution of acrylamide(AM),2-acrylamido-2-methyl propane sulfonic acid(AMPS)and dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride(DADMAC)of ternary copolymerization and copolymer of AM/AMPS/DADMAC,application of slick water system of instant rapid increase adhesion and resistance reduction agent.The optimum synthesis conditions were:pH=8,monomer concentration 27.5%,monomer ratio n AM:n AMPS:n DADMAC=1:1:0.2,the monomer concentration 0.2%,reaction temperature 45?.By rheometer,photochemical surface measurement system,microcomputer shale expansion testing instrument,independently developed loop tube friction test system,static carrying sand settlement system and visualization fracturing support agent crack plane large physical model of resistance reducing agent reducing effect of drag and sand carrying was evaluated,in regard to the rapid increasing viscosity and sand carrying capability with conventional resistance reducing agent for the contrast,show good rapid viscosity,in resistance drop and sand carrying ability,AM/AMPS/DADMAC has better performance than conventional drop photoresist.
