In order to improve the preparation efficiency of shale gas fracturing fluid in site and reduce the influence of compatibility between different fracturing fluids on its performance,in this paper,a kind of thickener for the integration of slippery water and gel-liquid was synthesized by inverse emulsion polymerization,AM?DMC and DMDB were used as raw materials.The best reaction conditions were determined by single factor analysis and observation analysis,The hydrophobically associating polymers with the best solubility and tackifying property were synthesized.The resistance reduction performance of slippery water system formed by hydrophobic associating polymers and the heat resistance and shear resistance of the assembly fracturing fluid system formed by hydrophobic associating polymers were evaluated by pipe friction apparatus and high temperature rheometer.The solubility time of the hydrophobically associating polymer was less than that of 2 minutes,the resistance reduction rate of the thickener aqueous solution with 0.1%mass fraction is 65.7%.The apparent viscosity of the assembled fracturing fluid is larger than that of 50m Pa·s under the condition of 90?and 170s-1for 2 hours,when the mass of emulsifier is 1.2g,the dynamic instability index is the lowest,and the particle size of emulsion is the smallest,only 3?m.The synthetic hydrophobically associating polymer has good resistance reducing effect,temperature resistance and shear resistance,and can meet the requirements of on-line mixing of slip water and fracturing fluid,and it can realize the integration of slippery water and glue.
