Electroplating industry will produce a large number of zinc plating waste-water per year in China,the treatment of zinc plating waste-water and recycling of resources for comprehensive utilization play an important value.At the same time,a lot of experimental researches proved that zinc can combine with collagen and nitrogen excellently which provides a possibility for its application in leather.These articles take the zinc plating waste-water as the research subject and select ion exchange method which be studied by means of adsorption and elution,and the regeneration liquid which is rich of zinc salt can be received by resin elution,and it is used in fixation and fat-liquoring process of leather.At the same time,the role of zinc salt on dyeing and fat-liquoring are studied to attain desired fixation and fat-liquoring effect.The adsorption,elution and recycling use of resin(D001,001×7 and D851)was studied by static adsorption method to deal with galvanized wastewater in this paper.Study results indicate that,in the experiment of adsorption,elution and recycling use of resin,the strong acid resin D001 which be contained with sulfonic group(-SO3H)works best and the weak acid resin D851 which be contained with carboxyl group(-COOH)works worst;However,the treatment effect of macro-porous resin(D001)is superior to gel-type resin(001×7)under the same strong acid resin.Through investigating the fixation application of zinc salt,the results show that the use of zinc salt can reduce the residual rate of dyestuff effectively and improve the resistance to dry and wet rubbing fastness of leather.The research results of fat-liquoring application by zinc salt indicate that the use of zinc salt can reduce the residual rate of fat and improve the absorption of fat in the process of leather fat-liquoring.Through the above study the conclusions are as follow:the galvanization waste-water can be treated effectively by the ion exchange method,and zinc salt which be recycled effectively by the elution of resin.Zinc salt can have very good fixation effect in leather dyeing and promote the absorption of fat in the fat-liquoring process of leather.The regeneration liquid which be received by resin elution has good effect in fixation and fat-liquoring,the treatment of galvanization waste-water and recycle of reclaimed zinc be realized.
