method at present stage,its according to different divided into sulfuric acid,hydrofluoric acid,catalyst solid acid method and ion acid method,etc,several production alkylation methods each have their advantages.According to the study of the alkylation devices using alkylation catalyst reactor is divided into vertical and horizontal reactor reactor.Especially in front of my company design of alkylation unit for vertical reactor and its structure:the tube shell type heat exchange reactor,the catalyst and raw materials within the shell side of the mixture,the reactor at the bottom of the motor through reducer drive agitator in the reactor,the catalyst and raw material mix,and then pull out the separation of reactants,remove heat of reaction tube side with ammonia as cooling medium.This vertical reactor are the main disadvantages of small capacity,ability is limited,can't meet the demand of production equipment.Also USES the ear type bearing support structure,need civil frame as the foundation,the vertical size is big,requires motor reducer such as speed changing and steering,complex structure,the vibration is big,high energy consumption,and maintenance time is long and big workload.In this paper,we study the horizontal alkylation of reactor is to reform the alkylation unit of lanzhou petrochemical company,especially the distilled experience for the modification of the reactor.Alkylation of lanzhou petrochemical company reactor after multiple process and structure of the transformation,the original instead of horizontal structure,vertical alkylation reactor cooling ammonia medium passes to reaction products,fixed tube structure instead of U type tube structure,cancel the ammonia cooling medium at the same time,to avoid the leakage of ammonia poisoning,environmental pollution and so on all kinds of risks.Equipment use saddle support,directly installed on the ground,no large framework,convenient operation and maintenance,at the same time improve the stirring speed,reaction,material circulation rate increased.Stirring speed increase,minus the intermediate link of reducer,motor and agitator straight league,greatly simplifies the transmission structure,mechanical consumption greatly reduced,and the speed increased corresponding reactant flow,equipment structure set up within the larger circular tube and outer tube spacing,guarantee the inside and outside the tube material flow balance.Horizontal reactor after U heat exchange tube bundle is very easy to pull out,convenient maintenance.The shell side of the reactor operating conditions as follows:0.6 MPaG operating pressure,operating temperature 4?12 ?,the operating pressure passes 0.5 MPaG,operating temperature-2?12 ?,the operating medium for isooctane,isobutane,gasoline,reactants,90?98%sulfuric acid,etc.Although medium of sulphuric acid on carbon steel has strong corrosive,at the same time also can produce passivation,so alkylation reactor shell main material are common carbon steel.Carbon steel material purchasing is convenient,easy to machining,which can effectively reduce the cost of the reactor.There are nearly seventy sets of the reactor has been more than a dozen sets of device security service for many years,has a great social and economic benefits.According to the theoretical research and practical experience,alkylation reaction can be smoothly,depends on the scattered,contact and circulation state,and the reaction heat can be taken timely and effectively.Therefore,alkylation reactor in the design,improvement and optimization are around can make the reaction material dispersion,full contact,reasonable circulation effectively,and efficiently remove the heat generated in the reaction.The horizontal alkylation reactor is equivalent to a u-shaped tube and shell heat exchanger,one side is the tube box,can facilitate the u-shaped heat exchange tube bundle,convenient maintenance;On the other side is a mixer,and motor straight league.Circulate in the shell side of the reactor is equipped with cylinder,damper etc.,is advantageous to the acid,hydrocarbon or other materials mixing,circulation,so the heat exchange.High-speed rotary mixer,ensure the reaction of material circulation,speed up the reaction rate,improve the u-shaped heat exchange tube bundle in heat smoothly and response system easy to operate,large elasticity of operation,greatly improving the degree of automation in production,reduces the labor intensity,reduce the acid consumption,inhibit the occurrence of the alkylation reaction,improve the quality of the alkylation oil and yield,the product quality,yield and acid consumption,the indicators are better than traditional alkylating reactor.
