Cement kiln is one of the major sources of mercury and other unconventional air pollutants.8 typical new dry process cement kiln cement plant 1 and collaborative treatment of solid waste NSP cement kiln cement plant were measured in this paper The characteristics study of the new dry process cement kiln of mercury,lead,cadmium,PM2.5,hydrogen fluoride and hydrogen chloride,And disposal of waste cement kiln of mercury,thallium,cadmium,lead,arsenic,beryllium,chromium,tin,antimony,copper,cobalt,manganese,nickel and vanadium compounds,PM2.5,hydrogen fluoride and hydrogen chloride emissions was carried out..The eventually flow of the mercury was investigated by collecting preheater waste gas of kiln head,the raw materials,fuel,and collect the corresponding operating condition as well as solid waste solid samples.Through the test of typical cement production enterprises kiln head and tail of the unconventional pollutants,comparing the different analysis methods,sampling,testing,advantages and disadvantages and applicability summarizes these methods put forward the improvement scheme,and test validation.In the premise of ensuring the testing precision,improved the original long complicated analysis process,effectively reduce the strength,greatly shorten the process of field test field test time and physicochemical;better adapt to the characteristics of the discharge of domestic cement production enterprises of pollutants,establish suitable for China's cement kiln flue gas in Ontario?OHM method?.The results showed that:?1?The emission ranges of the Hg in new dry process cement preheater waste gas was 6.40-17.87?g/m3,give priority to with Hg2+,Preheater Hg concentration in flue gas is 5.1-10.8 times of the kiln head and kiln head waste gas concentration of Hg1.16?g/m3-2.20?g/m3.Hg concentration was 8.232 ?g/m3,the Hg0 accounts for 79%of total Hg,the Hg is volatile element which will go to the air with waste gas.?2?The emission ranges of the Pb,Cd,PM2.5 HCl and HF in new dry process cement preheater waste gas were 2.26-102.70?g/m3?0.215-37.98?g/m3?1.93-3.07 mg/m3 ±0.32 mg/m3 and N.D,67.30%-94.31%of total Hg.The average exhaust gas emission factor of new dry process cement kiln is 6.48mg/t.Kiln head waste gas concentration of Pb?CdO.12-5.87 ?g/m3,0.19-0.83?g/m3.?3?Pb>TI>Hg>Sb>V>Be>As>Sn>Mn>Cd>Ni>Cr>Co>Cu was found from Coordination waste cement preheater in flue gas.,reduced concentrations of PM2.5 were 3.76 mg/m3 and 5.19 mg/m3,HF and HC1 were 0.21 mg/m3 and 4.49 mg/m3.?4?TI,As,Cd,Pb,Sb,Be,Co,Cr,Cu,Ni are medium volatile characteristics.With the increasing temperature,they will go to the air by the precipitation form more grey surface waste gas in the process of cement kiln production TI content in the fly ash cement kiln is 341.26?g/g,The main flow V,clinker and cement products were 116.16?g/g and 109.92?g/g,Mn and Sn in the cement kiln output showed no clear direction.
