The Research And Development Advice On Quality Upgrade Process Of Yanshan Lube Base Oil

Yanshan Petrochemical,as an important base oil production base of Sinopec North China,produces class ? base oil based on Daqing crude oil.HVI class base oil production is facing the risk of supply suspension from Daqing.However,the new lubricating oil hydrogenation unit is unable to produce class ? and class ? base oid shortage of hydrogen and unbalance of raw wax.This thesis,based on the background of Daqing crude oil suspension,combined with the base oil market demand,referencing the current base oil production situation of similar enterprises,is aimed to optimize the processing route(mainly "OLD three units")of class ? base oil,lubricating oil oil hydrogenation products,and study the process route of class ?,class ? and higher leveled base oil.(1)Produce class ? base oil with the crude oil from Middle East;(2)Produce class ? base oil with mixed crude oil;(3)Produce class ? and class ? base oil with the hydrogenation tail oil.The research results show that separately treatment of the sulphur-containing medium-based crude oil such as crude oil from Saudi and Omen can produce qualified class ? base oil.Also treatment of vacuum gas oil and hydrocracking tail oil of mixed crude oil can produce qualified class ?,class ? and higer leveled base oil.The actual production schedule should be combined with the specific situation of yanshan petrochemical refinery system to complete the adaptive transform And according to the raw material and product market prices,appropriate process routes of the base oil should be chosen,to improve the base oil production and quality and implement enterprise product benefit maximization.
