The active metal component of this kind of catalyst with better performance shouldhave high dispersity and proper dispersedness. The properties of carrier will play animportant role in synthesizing this kind of catalyst, such as acidity, specific surface area,pore volume and size, etc. The alumina is chosen as effective component of this catalystwhich has large pore volume and size, and the effective pores obviously centralize, andthe small and big pores are less. The amorphous silicon-aluminum is adopted as thecomposite of main carrier of this catalyst which has moderate acidity, larger specificsurface area and pore volume, and weaker chain scission. This carrier is in favor of thedispersion of active components, and it has higher hydrothermal stability andanti-poisoning property.The nano-saturation immersion method is adopted; the immersion order and metalloading capacity of the metal components can be adjusted, and the metal dispersion isuniform. Firstly, the amorphous silicon-aluminum which is produced under differentconditions and Al2O3are used as the key components of carriers, and the auxiliaries andadhesives are added, then it is molded by an extruder. After that, according to the waterabsorption of carriers, the W-Ni maceration liquid is obtained by isovolumetric saturationimmersion method. Finally, the nano-dispersedness of metal is achieved with usingspecial container under certain conditions, and the non-noble metal catalyst W-Ni/Al2O3for complement refining lubricating oil is synthesized. The prepared catalyst is evaluatedby10mL hydrogenation. The process conditions have great impacts on theperformances of this kind of catalyst; therefore, the effects of some operation parameterson the yield and oxidation stability of heavy oil which is refined by this catalyst areinvestigated, such as the reaction temperature and pressure, volume space velocity andthe volume ratio of hydrogen to oil.
