Coal-Fired thermal power plant mostly adopted wet method flue gas desulfurization.Wet ammonia process relies on it's unique technology,which has developed quickly in recent years.The coal combustion release a large number of flue gas,it had most poison,such as sulfur dioxide,nitrogen oxides and particulate matter and a small amount of other metal ions,if it was not controlled and governanced,It can cause inestimable pollution and destruction to atmosphere and surrounding environment.In order to solve this serious problem,comprehensive and rational changes of were brought into effect on 5#wet ammonia esulfurization device of the coal-fired power plant of the existing industrial park island were brought into in this article,which Including implementation of the desulfurization tower and tower internals,change the form of demister,increase spray absorption layer,optimization of spray system,reconstruction of the new washing device.The device after Optimized design and modification in this article,the sulfur dioxide emission values achieved below 35 mg/Nm3,containing particles of soot emission concentration was belowed the limit of 5 mg/Nm3.In today's increasingly strict environmental protection,such as sulfur dioxide and fuel dust emissions of harmful substances basically has reached the requirement of ultra-low emissions;At the same time,the optimized after modification,the operation of the device was extended to drive now ten months even to break through the 15 months less than three months from the original time,greatly improved the desulfurization device running reliability and stability,prolong the operation cycle of the desulfurization system.
