Adipic acid is an important chemical intermediates,which is mainly used in nylon-66 and polyurethane industry.The current industrial production of adipic acid is mainly as cyclohexanol/cyclohexanone oxidation by nitric acid.In the process of adipic acid production,the enterprise expansion capacity of adipic acid plant in pursuit of production efficiency,the production capacity increase form 70,000 t/a to 80,000 t/a.With the increase of production capacity,the consumption of raw materials increased significantly.In this paper,through the analysis of actual production data,found the main cause of rising consumption is the increasing of side reaction in the oxidation reaction process,resulted the decrease of adipic acid selectivity.In this paper,through the analysis of actual production data,found the main cause of rising consumption is the increasing of side reaction in the oxidation reaction process,resulted the decrease of adipic acid selectivity.In the process of industrial production,our purpose is to maximally inhibit the side-reaction and improve the selectivity of chemical reactions.In the meantime,to reduce the consumption of raw materials fundamentally and improve the adipic acid yield.Based on the theory of nitric acid oxidation of cyclohexanol/cyclohexanone,combined with the actual operation of the device,the influence of reaction temperature,reactant composition,catalyst concentration on the selectivity of adipic acid products are investigated.Made the adjustment measure,and demonstrate in adipic acid production plant.With the analysis,the optimum condition has gains,which is:(1)Nitric acid concentration 50%?53%.(2)Cu2+:0.25%?0.35%,V5+:250?300ppm.(3)The mole ratio of nitric acid to KA:4.6?4.8.(4)The temperature of the reaction is(?)70,74,78,82,86,90.By optimizing the parameters of oxidation reaction,the raw material consumption was reduced by about 5%.
