Polyurethane foam owing to its own excellent performance,such as low quality,low thermal conductivity,good compressive capacity,in building materials,aerospace,medical equipment and other fields have a wide range of applications.With the development of technology and industry,the requirements of products are getting higher and higher.So further optimizing the structure of polyurethane foam and enhancing the performance of polyurethane foam have important research significance.In this paper,the nanometer inorganic material oxide graphene with lamellar structure was added to the polyurethane foam system to control the microcellular cell structure of the polyurethane foam,and the polyurethane foam composite material with good mechanical properties,thermodynamic properties and processing performance was prepared.The amine-based modified graphene oxide was prepared and its surface activity was enhanced to achieve the uniform dispersion of graphene oxide in the polyurethane foam.Then,the amine-modified graphene oxide was introduced into the polyurethane matrix,The polyurethane foam composites were prepared and their structures and properties were studied in detail.Specific research work is as follows:Firstly,the effects of foaming agent and polyol ratio on the structure of polyurethane foam were studied.The experimental results were carried out by scanning electron microscopy and density test.The best formula for preparing polyurethane foam with uniform cell was obtained.Second,the use of low-temperature ultrasonic assisted Hummers method for the preparation of graphene oxide,and different kinds of amine were introduced into the graphene surface through the chemical reaction.The results showed that the amine group was successfully grafted onto the surface of graphene by FT-IR spectra,Raman spectra,and XRD patterns,and the interlayer distance of the modified graphene oxide was increased.Thirdly,different kinds of amine-modified graphenols were introduced into the polyurethane matrix,and the polyurethane foam composites were prepared by using water as the foaming agent.The influence of different graphene on the microstructure of polyurethane foam was observed by scanning electron microscopy.It was found that the diameter of the polyurethane foam composite was reduced and the cell distribution was more uniform after adding graphene,and the polyether amine modified graphene(PEA(TEDA-GO)was more uniform and the effect was better than that of triethylene tetraamine modified graphene(TEDA-GO).The compressive properties of polyurethane foam composites showed that the compression performance of polyether amine modified graphene polyurethane foam composites is improved to 0.221Mpa,which is higher than that of triethylene tetraamine modified graphene 13%.The influence of graphene on the rheological properties of polyurethane system before and after modification was also studied.The results showed that the dispersibility of amine modified graphene was higher than that of graphene oxide.By comparing the polyether amine modified graphene can better improve the comprehensive performance of polyurethane foam composites.Fourthly,the effects of the addition amount of polyether amine modified graphene on the cell structure,mechanical properties and thermomechanical properties of polyurethane foam composites were studied.It was found that the compression modulus increased to 5.14 MPa when the addition amount of polyether amine modified graphene was 1.5%.when the addition amount of polyether amine modified graphene is excessive,the performance of polyurethane foam itself will be affected.
