With the rapid development of China's economy,the increasing shortage of energy and the sharp deterioration of the environment,people's demand for clean green energy is also increasing.Natural gas is widely used as an ideal alternative energy source for high yield and less pollution.The safety monitoring of filling stations also becomes a problem which needs to be focused on.Therefore,it is important to design a set of safety monitoring and management system for filling stations.Based on the research of the security monitoring system and configuration software,this paper designs a set of safety monitoring management system based on WebAccess.Through the analysis of the safety status of filling stations,we have defined the indicators that need to be monitored and completed the configuration design of the system and the configuration of the module.The system realizes the function of picture monitoring,data management and authority distribution.The system can not only monitor the single station,but also can carry on the unified supervision and management to the filling stations in the area under the jurisdiction.At the same time,this paper presents an early warning algorithm based on BP neural network model.By using BP neural network model to approximate any nonlinear continuous function,we study the historical data of various indicators and conduct a lot of simulation experiments.By mining the hidden rules,we have established a prediction model based on BP neural network model,and verified the accuracy of the model through Matlab simulation experiments.The research of this system can comprehensively monitor and manage the filling station,improve the operation efficiency of the filling station,and find the potential danger in advance to avoid accidents.The following aspects are discussed and researched in the paper:1.We analyze the operation process of the gas station,and design the implementation scheme of the safety monitoring and management system according to the actual situation.2.We define the system configuration design idea,divide the system configuration module,and complete the configuration of each module and we finally complete the process design and interface design of the gas filling station safety monitoring and management system based on WebAccess.3.We complete the design of the gas filling station safety early warning algorithm based on BP neural network model.By using historical data for simulation,we analyze the simulation results and improve the model.
