As an important part of intelligent manufacturing,the research of production process monitoring and management system plays an important role in the process of enterprise's realization of manufacturing automation and informatization.This article develops a set of automatic filling production line production process data collection,processing and storage monitoring management system based on the demand for refined management of the filling production of a military industrial enterprise.The main work of this paper is as follows:In response to the high-precision filling production needs of enterprises,a precise proportional control system and a precise quantitative filling control system have been developed.The main work of this paper is as follows:The construction of the mechanical structure of the filling production experiment platform was carried out.Through the analysis of the filling production process,some production experimental platforms including storage unit,proportional feeding unit,mixing unit,vacuum filling unit,tooling mobile unit and pipeline cleaning unit were built.Carried out the development of the host computer monitoring and management system of the precision filling machine.The host computer system is developed based on the SCADA configuration development environment,and the real-time database and process parameter database are developed under the Sql-Server database environment.The communication between the upper computer and each lower computer is realized based on the Modbus communication protocol.At the same time,the communication data format of the upper and lower computers is designed to realize the collection,storage and query of filling field data.The software and hardware system for on-site control of the filling production line was developed.According to the technological requirements of the filling production line,the software and hardware development of the control system with PLC core is carried out,which realizes the movement control of each mechanism of the production line and the corresponding actions of the pneumatic components.The development of the lower-level computer operating system with touch screen as the core is carried out,which realizes the functions of shift entry,filling quantity query,batch number entry,quality inspection,main status monitoring,material quantity management,manual operation and proportional calibration.At the same time,the data interaction between the monitoring management system and the upper and lower computers on the touch screen is realized.Researched and developed a precise quantitative filling control system.Through the analysis of the dynamic weighing error of the filling system by processing the calibration experiment data,a segmented closed-loop control algorithm considering the impact of fluid is proposed,and the actual filling experiment verifies that the filling accuracy of±0.1 g is achieved.At the same time,a proportional quantitative algorithm is proposed,and the reliable quantitative accuracy of the proportion of each component is achieved through the calibration of the proportion system of each material.Finally,a filling production experiment was conducted to verify the reliability of the functions of each unit of the filling production line,the data interaction between the upper and lower computers of the monitoring and management system,and the reliability of the precise quantitative filling control algorithm.Filling equipment is one of the typical packaging production equipment.The research on the monitoring and management system of its production process data provides a reliable reference for the digital construction of printing and packaging workshop equipment.
