Ground stress improve dramatically with the mining depth increase.Rock with high strength in shallow appears softening effect by degrees in deep. Since the acute contradiction between high stress and lower intensity, tunnel is violent out of shape and maintain is difficult.In this paper, based on the Wanglou coal mine 27304 working face, it study the surrounding rock deformation rule of tunnel for km deep mine and it's support technology by means of theoretical analysis, analog computation and engineering practice. Firstly, the stability of roadway overburden strata is analyzed in tunnel drifting and coal mining.Secondly, on the basis of elastic-plastic theory and limit equilibrium theory, it establishes the mechanical analyzing model of roadway surrounding rock in deep, deduces the formula of stress and deformation of the tunnel both sides, and contrast the influence of the depth of burial.On the other hand, owing to the FLAC3D software, it analyzes the ground rock stress and displacement distribution when coal pillar dimension is 3m to 8m. Combined with the theoretical calculation, put forward the principle of coal pillar width determine. Finally, it reform the safeguard technology of 27304 working face mining tunnel and observes the effect.The filed practice show that, deformation and asymmetry of the roadway can be controlled effectively, the roof and floor movement is 76 mm within 60 days, and displacement of walls reach 163 mm, and the stability can be improved remarkably. It has important significance for the roadway driving along gob retaining design scientific and coal mine safety and high efficiency production in deep mine.
