This paper mainly study the hollow profile extrusion die structure parameters and extrusion effects of technical parameters on the material flow in the extrusion process of a train equipment cabin, combined with experimental design method and statistical method of numerical simulation. By the combination of numerical simulation and experiment method, from the micro perspective on the flow law of billet skin in the extrusion process, the transverse weld length, distribution and quantitative study of the transverse weld were analyzed.Through the analysis of the velocities of all the nodes at the outlet section of the extrudate, it can be seen the exit velocity profile is uniform. Numerical analysis on temperature field of the die, changes in each stage of the extrusion, and the causes of these changes were analyzed in detail.Based on the numerical simulation method and statistical analysis method using orthogonal test method, aiming to the actual production of profile extrusion die bending, the effects of the die structure and extrusion parameters on the flow of material are analyzed. The die structure and extrusion parameters were optimized on the basis of the optimization scheme.Using the method of numerical simulation and experimental,combined the detailed research of forming rules of the transverse weld in the extrusion process,qualitative research on the distribution and microstructure of the transverse weld were carried out. |
