China’s vast territory, natural geological environment conditions complex and changeable,human engineering activities are strong, frequent geological disasters. Especially in recent years,the number of deaths caused by geological disasters is almost 1000 people per year in china.With the development of social economy in recent years, the activities of mining, urban construction, highway construction, water conservancy and hydropower construction have been aggravated, which have seriously affected the geological environment conditions in the region,and caused a large number of geological disasters. Sichuan province is located in the southwest mountain area of China. Its geological environment is complicated and its tectonic development has always been a highly prone area of geological disasters. It is the focus and frontier of geological disaster prevention and control in china. Moreover, with the social and economic development since the founding of the people’s Republic of China, China’s mineral resources need to increase substantially. Mining activities on the one hand form a large number of mine geological environment problems, such as mining of high and steep slope, waste residue pressure on arable land, forest land, and destruction of natural landscape in the region; On the other hand, mining induces or intensifies a large number of geological disasters, such as unreasonable accumulation of slag, induced or exacerbated landslides, debris flow disasters,mining induced landslides, unstable slopes and surface subsidence. Based on the above reasons,this study chooses the debris flow prevention project of Guangyuan fort, Shimian County,Ya’an.On the one hand, combined with the needs of geological disaster prevention and control in China, the research experience of prevention and control of debris flow is accumulated; On the other hand, Fort Guangyuan after debris flow into a slag deposits as the main source of the rainstorm debris flow gully debris flow,through the research on the debris flow prevention scheme, provide the basis for future experiences and achievements of mine geological environment in Sichuan province to carry out restoration work, the debris flow and mine geological environment recovery the organic combination of governance.Shimian County after the ditch no main tailings reservoir is located in Shimian County,cotton city street office, Guangyuan Fort community, Guangyuan Fort downstream ditch road.The tailings dam was built and put into operation in 1952, and it was closed in 2003. The volume of slag accumulation in the tailings dam is 442.4×104m3. After the debris flow gully area that is 6.49km long, the average width is 1.37km, the catchment area is 9.265km2. The highest point of elevation in 2792.94m, the lowest point in the ditch into the South fork mouth,height is 900m, relative height 1892.94m, the average longitudinal slope of channel 279 per thousand. The threat of debris flow Mizoguchi 108 state line road, mine road, industrial and mining enterprises, Mizoguchi Mizoguchi settlements, upstream settlements, power station and downstream county security threat number more than 1.2 people, the threat of assets of 720 million yuan. This study intends to carry out remediation of the debris flow by blocking, solid,and local retaining scheme ", namely the dam engineering construction in the tailings and slag in the upstream, upstream layout" check dam dam + "project, in the slag distribution area layout" drainage groove + retaining wall engineering ".In this study, topographic mapping, geological survey, drilling, shallow well, trenching and sampling test are adopted in the field:The topography and geological survey, identify the full channel domain, the circulation accumulation area, basic situation of the main source area and control area of topography, lithology, geological structure, water conditions, characteristics and movement characteristics of debris flow ditch etc; By arranging the mountain projects such as drilling, shallow well and trench exploration, the engineering geological condition of the proposed control project area and the main source area of the project will be found out; Through sampling test and field test work, the internal water dynamic condition and basic characteristics of debris flow are identified. Indoor research work is carried out according to the technical specifications of debris flow exploration, the design specification of control engineering and the related technical data.
