The rapid development of modern manufacturing let the WEDM machining as one of the important ways to get a wide range of applications.Especially the development of high hardness,high complexity,high precision mould,let WEDM processing caused people more and more attention.At the same time,many reasons affecting the quality of surface WEDM machining,the process parameters is one of the main influence factors.The related process parameters need to be choice reasonably,to guarantee the machining surface quality,shows the advantage of wire cutting.Therefore,this topic first analysis the macro and micro principle can improve the walking wire electrical discharge machining process through the study of the theoretical research of walking wire EDM process.And the movement principle of workbench and silking is studied.Adopting the Archie company series CA20 wire walking WEDM ignition as experimental equipment,size 100*100*20mm 45#steel as experimental materials.Through design experiment,machining experiments were carried on the single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment,examine three electric parameters,the electrical parameters on the processing speed,the influence of surface roughness and machining precision,the analysis of the influence degree of regularity and the influence of various factors on the index,so as to satisfy the processing speed and surface roughness and machining precision of reasonable parameters of electric gauge,walking wire EDM process characteristics analysis.At last,through analysis of experimental data,obtained can meet the processing requirements of electric and non-electric parameters reasonably.Summarizes the various parameters on the processing speed,surface roughness and the influence law of machining precision,and through the chart display.And summed up the deficiencies in this paper.
