With the rapid development of economy, the demand for plate and strip has increased significantly. The production of plate and strip in our country is in rapid growth, but the cold rolled sheet steel is still imported mainly from abroad, and it is difficult for self-sufficiency in high value-added wood strip. Straightening machine is the main equipment to improve the quality of plate and strip, but the domestic high-tech machines are imported from abroad mainly. There is still defect in three-dimensional theory in plate and strip of roll correction.The topic is based on the six re-type 23 roll-type straightening imported machine in the native large iron and steel enterprises of our country. Corrected by the traditional theory of roller, derive a reasonable three-dimensional correction on the plate and strip roller based on the theoretical defects. Correct some parameters with simple calculation and design, and establish a simplified three-dimensional model, using the dynamic finite element software ALGOR to simulate the nonlinear behavior of the roller straightening machine and simulate the three-dimensional defect correction process of strip.In this thesis, theoretical analysis and FEM method are combined in the process of the correction of roller and strip. Based on the original theory, considering the original uneven distribution of internal stress of plate and strip, the inner bending stress of plate and strip and the stress generated by the superposition will be overlapped and the center layer will in plastic deformation, and get an correction of three-dimensional of plate and strip. According to this theory, a reasonable model for finite element analysis is set up to verify the theoretical findings.Correction of roll and strip three-dimensional can help to promote the key technologies in our country's such as straightening machine research and application. By studying the three-dimensional theoretical defect correction of roller straightening machine of the plate and strip can highly solve the current situation with the lack of material in our country. The subject combines with the theoretical analysis,computer simulation and actual production, will not only be a deepening in the correct theory, but also ensure the correctness of the theory. The simulation of computer can greatly reduced the difficulty and the consumption of material, thereby reducing the cost of product in research and make an effective way in technological research for the correct machine.
