Studies On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Sustainable Development Of Urban Green Space Based On Ecological Orientation

Sustainable development of urban green space is an important strategic problem affecting urban development.According to the outline of the thirteenth five year plan of national economic and social development of People’s Republic of China,the construction of ecological civilization and its system are studied.The ecological civilization is a new stage in the development of human civilization,to respect and protect the ecological environment as the theme,take the sustainable development as the basis,to continue to focus on the future of human development,with civilization and rational attitude towards the natural environment.The development of city environment and city economic society are closely linked,green space construction and urban city environment are interdependent,and actively explore the green rules of sustainable development,improve the level of understanding of city green space,brings the profound change in city development path,but also realize the ecological idea.The green space ecosystem and the economic system and social system form the urban ecosystem.Today,the social and economic development is increasingly affected by the ecological environment problems.The research on the sustainable development of urban green space based on ecological orientation has become a major theoretical and practical topic.In recent years,with the pace of the construction of the Wu Hai city to accelerate,coal,electricity,chemical industry has developed rapidly,the existing economic structure and high pollution have serious effects on the ecological environment of grassland degradation,land desertification,soil erosion,drought,dust storms and other natural disasters occur frequently,an ecological destruction the environment is worrying,the deterioration of the ecological environment also restricts the sustainable development of city economy.However,the sustainable development of urban green space based on ecological orientation is still in its infancy in Wu Hai and even in our country,and there are many problems.Mainly showing in the following aspects:to accelerate the development of agricultural technology,to promote green technology innovation;to improve the level of public management,enhance service awareness,perfecting administrative management;through financial policies,government and non commonweal organizations,solve a lot of problems need green funds;in the face of environmental problems objectively and how to put forward the effective measures to save water resources;the use of Internet plus to accelerate the construction of information platform;perfecting the law,create or strengthen a better public order management.The development of urban green space is a huge systematic project.It is necessary to establish a long-term outline of development planning,as far as possible to avoid short-term government action,resulting in waste of resources.Therefore,it is more realistic and historical significance to do a good job of ecological environment protection of green land according to local conditions and to complete the Countermeasures of sustainable development.In such a historical environment and the background,the author through the study of public management knowledge,combined with the experience of work experience,based on extensive reading and research,summarizes the research results of relevant scholars and judgment,to the sustainable development of city green space for ecological research in rough.Taking Wu Hai city as an example,some policy suggestions are put forward,in order to provide reference for the implementation of ecological oriented green land sustainable policy.
