In order to realize industrialization of Trichoderma strains XM-7 for the prevention and control of crop Verticillium wilt.We used conidium and dusting spores production as an index to screen the solid substrate fermentation and fermentation conditions;Through screening agent to develop the granule preparation;This study also focus on preparation,grain storage condition,shelf life and optimum time.During single factor experiment,the optimal fermentation substrates selected were corn flour,corn stover,and buckwheat;By adding amount of corn flour screening optimum fermentation substrates for 3%of the corn straw and corn flou.spores were screened by orthogonal experiments with a significant role in promoting Ca(NO3)2and concentration of 16 mg/kg.Based on the research of the fermentation conditions,the best medium humidity is 260%.the inoculation quantity of 4 mL,the best fermentation temperature was 30?,eventually spore production volume was 2.86 × 109 ?/g,compared with a single solid culture 6.7 ×108?/g which increased 4.27 times,shorten 2 days for fermentation time.Through the screening of the security authentication and dosage of additives,the final packing for peat:100%;Adhesive for CMC:0.5%;Disintegrating agent for ammonium sulfate:3%.Indoor control experiment showed that 6 g per bowl granules significantly promote plant growth,incidence was 26.7%;9 g per bowl granules had no significant effect.The field control experiment showed XM-7 granules could increase production,when the dosage of granules was 12kg/667 m2,the increase rate was 31.15%,and control rate could be reached 67.10%,when the dosage of granules was 18 kg/667 m2,the increase rate was 41.16%,and the control rate was 68.20%.Through the particle preparation room and refrigerated storage study,refrigerated storage condition was advantageous to the granules,spore quantity was 58.27%after 6 months,and the remaining rate only 30.22%undcer room temperature.
