Oil,known as "the blood of the world economy",has always played an important role in the industrial and economic development of our country,and is an important pillar of our national economy.However,with the continuous decline of oil prices,the difficulty of oil and gas exploitation is increasing,most of the wells are large displacement wells and horizontal wells,and the development costs are increasing.However,in the drilling process of large displacement wells and horizontal wells,with the increase of well depth,increase the horizontal section and large displacement section,downhole friction and drilling pressure transmission difficulties,low efficiency problems highlighted..As a result,the problem of frictional resistance in the process of sliding drilling has become the bottleneck of restricting the rapid and safe drilling.In order to solve these problems,a lot of related technologies have been studied,such as the optimization of well trajectory,the lubrication of drilling fluid,the optimization of the string and the special tool for reducing friction and torsion..This paper analyzes the characteristics of related technology,and introduces the frictional torque reduction tool,analyzes the working principle and characteristics of different tools.In this paper,a hydraulic oscillator is designed based on the investigation of the domestic and foreign tools for reducing friction and torsion.Through the axial oscillation of the hydraulic oscillator,the static friction between the pipe string and the borehole wall can be changed into the dynamic friction,thereby reducing the friction resistance,thereby improving the drilling speed and shortening the drilling cycle.In this paper,the research is carried out on the design of the hydraulic oscillator.The simulation of hydraulic oscillator is completed,and the simulation software of hydraulic oscillator is developed,and the modal analysis of hydraulic oscillator is carried out,and the experimental research of hydraulic oscillator is carried out.Specific contents are as follows:According to the domestic and foreign literature research,analysis of the domestic and foreign technical characteristics,according to the actual situation to determine the structure of the hydraulic oscillator.Then complete the whole structure design of the hydraulic oscillator,complete the three-dimensional model of the hydraulic oscillator.According to the design of the hydraulic oscillator to complete the work simulation analysis,to complete the pressure fluctuation and axial force model to carry out theoretical research.The variation law of the flow area,the variation of the pressure andthe variation of the axial impact force are analyzed.Third,using MATLAB software and C# software to complete the simulation software.The software can be used to input different structural parameters,material parameters and operating parameters to complete the study of the hydraulic oscillator,and to complete the performance of the hydraulic oscillator.Then,the influence of the valve orifice size,flow rate and inlet pressure on the performance of the hydraulic oscillator is analyzed,which provides a theoretical basis for the structural design and structural optimization of the hydraulic oscillator.Complete the modal analysis of hydraulic oscillator,respectively analyzes the free modal and constrained modal hydraulic oscillator under the first ten modal frequencies,the analysis results show that the operating frequency range of the hydraulic oscillator is not within its range,and the resonance can be avoided.The experiment of hydraulic oscillator is completed,and the hydraulic pressure test and impact test are carried out.This chapter introduces the basic principle of the experiment,the experimental instrument,the experimental software and the experimental procedure.The experimental data were analyzed and compared the simulation results,verify the correctness of the theoretical model.
