Study On Coal Pyrolysis And Combustion Characteristics Of Circuit Board

In recent years,despite the economic slowdown and the national policy of coal restrictions on the reasons,resulting in lower coal use,but in the future use of the main form of coal is still the largest proportion of energy.At present,the most widely used coal is pyrolysis,gasification and combustion.This article mainly introduces the domestic coal pyrolysis,combustion use status,at the same time introduce the main processing circuit at home and abroad.Based on the mixed combustion of coal and coal,coal and waste,coal and sludge,coal and biomass,coal and coal gangue,this paper studies the blending experiment of pulverized coal and circuit board.In this paper,the coal powder and a circuit board are selected as the research object,and the basic properties of coal and circuit board are analyzed.Firstly,the pyrolysis process of coal under nitrogen atmosphere and the release of gas products are studied after the note of heat and mass spectrometer and the analysis of mass charge ratio.Secondly,through the thermogravimetric analyzer,the combustion characteristics and characteristic parameters of coal and circuit board are studied to solve the fitting dynamics and the average activation energy.In this paper,through the theoretical study of thermogravimetric and thermal and thermal experiments,the preliminary experiments of coal and circuit board alone or blending are carried out.
