Urban Green Development Evaluation And Management Optimizing Research

With the rapid development of urbanization,the construction of ecological environment and green economic development have become the major determinants of urban survival.Especially in recent years,due to the international attention to the problems of global climate and energy shortage,the industry transformation with the promoting of green development is the only path to realize the sustainable development.The Yangtze river,stretching thousands of miles,is the first long river in China,across 9 provinces and 2 municipalities from the east to the west.In recent years,the Yangtze river economic belt is paid special attention by government,so this paper takes 30 cities along the Yangtze river economic belt as the research objects.And the result is representative which can basically reflects the status of the urban green development along the Yangtze river economic belt,providing a basis for the implementation of urban green development along the Yangtze river as well as the advancement of the green development of our nation.Based on the study of green development and ecological environment construction of domestic and foreign scholars,taking the Yangtze river economic belt as an object with 30 cities along the Yangtze River,and the analysis of urban green development of Yangtze river economic belt,this paper points out new concept of green development that can promote the all-round ecological development,green development,harmonious development and balanced development of Yangtze river economic belt.Combined with the characteristics of the Yangtze river and the theory of green development,the author selectes four first level indexes to study : features of the Yangtze river,green economy and green environment and green innovation,containing 17 secondary indexes.Using the two kinds of processing way to classify the object of 30 cities,this paper analyzes 30 central cities along the Yangtze river economic belt by the way of cluster analysis,then reduces the dimensionality of 17 indexes by the way of PCA(Principal Component Analysis).At last,this paper draws 8 factors that influence the urban green development,and ranks the cities according to the scores of green development level.Nanjing is the first by the comprehensive score of 43.53;Shanghai is 15 th by the score of 29.04,and Huanggang gets the lowest score of 15.84.As a result of the larger discrepancy of green development of Yangtze river economic belt,especially the upstream,middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze river,significant measures should be carried out to promote the green development of Yangtze river economic belt.At the end of this paper,according to the data processing of the CRNP of coefficient matrice of 8 main indexes,this paper concludes two first level indexes: green innovation and green economy.This paper points out optimal management measures and the corresponding counter measures according to the ranking of gradient,ranking result and the highest ranking results index.Six chapterof this paper:First chapter Introduction.This chapter mainly analyzes the background of this paper,the research purpose and significance,and research status at home and abroad.At last,it concludes the research content,research methods and techniques.Second chapter.The concept of green development and present situation analysis of Yangtze River Economic Belt.This chapter firstly analyzes the proposal,the basic connotation of the new idea of green development,then it introduces the proposal of Yangtze River Economic Belt and its general situation and the selecting standard of key cities in Yangtze River Economic Belt.At last,this paper analyzes the general situation of green development in Yangtze River Economic Belt by taking 30 cities as research object.Third chapter Central city green development index system in Yangtze river economic belt.Building index system,indicators selection is the first thing that involves the importance,the principles and characteristics of index selection,finally the central city green development index framework in Yangtze river economic belt is setted up.Fourth chapter Model analysis of evaluation application.This chapter mainly introduces the evaluation methods of this paper that are principal component analysis and fuzzy poly-class method with the separate introduction of theoretical basis,basic principles and implementation proceduresFifth chapter Optimization management of center green development in Yangtze river economic belt.This chapter evaluates the green development level and gives the development strategies and suggstions of Yangtze river economic belt.Sixth chapter Conclusion and expectation.
