This article mainly study in scheme selection of building gypsum retarder of Yunnan phosphorus,get the best solution,retarder to extend the time of Yunnan phosphorus gypsum building condensation,increase its utilization.The main research methods used in this paper are as follows:1)Experimental analysis.The effects of retarder on gypsum performance(initial setting time,final setting time,compressive strength and flexural strength)of Yunnan phosphorus gypsum were investigated.2)Value engineering combined with analytic hierarchy process.On the one hand,the combination of qualitative and quantitative to determine the weight of the indicators,On the other hand,the combination of the technique and the economy is preferably achieved when the retarder is preferred,so that the preferred result is more accurate.The specific contents of this paper are as follows:1)By studying the effects of tartaric acid,thiourea,polyvinyl alcohol and bone cement on the performance of Yunnan phosphate building gypsum,not only accurate and effective test data,but also enhanced the familiarity of the operation process and the reaction process.And use the Origin software to deal with test data.2)Using different retarder optimization of Yunnan phosphorus gypsum building for total goal layer,layer upon layer decomposition of its content,not only consider the setting time,mechanical properties,also consider their environmental performance,operation performance factors at the same time,the target layer is divided into primary index;After analysis of the primary index layer,layer of the corresponding secondary index,based on the total target layer and index layer,the secondary index retarder set up to construct the optimization evaluation system.3)On the basis of the experimental data and the construction of evaluation system of retarder,the method of value engineering and analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to optimize the retarder.First,the weight of each index is determined by AHP.and then the value index of each retarder scheme is calculated,the best scheme is determined by comparison..Through the above analysis,the value coefficient of osseocolla retarder which content of 0.4%is the highest,and it is the best solution for the Yunnan phosphorus building gypsum retarder.
