At present, the ion type rare earth ores are used to exploit the ion type rare earth resources by in-situ leaching technology, and the in-situ leaching method is widely used because of its high leaching rate,no pollution to the environment of mining area, and cost saving. However, the rare earth ore bodies, like other soils, are affected by physical and chemical weathering and other geological processes, pore structure with spatial variability was in rare earth ore bodies, which directly affects the spatial distribution of the permeability coefficient and the ion type rare earth element, therefore,it is of great significance to study the percolation law of the extractant solution and its influence on the leaching rate and leaching depth of the ion type rare earth ore body.In this paper, three field experiments were carried out to analyze the effect of non uniform penetration of the solution and its effect on the leaching rate and leaching depth. The first one is the liquid injection hole tracer infiltration experiments of coomassie brilliant blue staining which is carried out in the ion type rare earth mine,it is used to study the infiltration process of aqueous solution in ore body. The second one is the brilliant blue and ammonium sulfate mixed solution of the liquid filling pit infiltration test which is carried out in the ion type rare earth mine,it is used to study the penetration process of leaching solution in the ore body, the blue tracer solution is used for penetration process, ammonium sulfate is used to reflect ion exchange in the permeation process, obtaining the solution in the process of non uniform infiltration, applying morphological image processing technology, calculating the index and multifractal spectrum width, analyzing the influence of heterogeneous infiltration process on the leaching depth of rare earth ions. The third one is the injection hole of coomassie brilliant blue dye tracer experiment which is carried out n the ionic rare earth mine,it is used to study the penetration process of the solution in the ore body.Through the above analysis, the main conclusions are as follows:(1)The coefficient of variation of the inhomogeneity parameters of ionic rare earth ore bodies in Jiangxi,Anyuan, are of moderate variability, there is a big difference in the coefficient of variation of the image index of the ore body profile,in which the coefficient of variation of the preferential flow ratio is the largest, followed by the depth of the matrix flow and the depth of dyeing.(2)The leaching solution has multifractal properties in the penetration process of Jiangxi Anyuan rare earth ore,as the non uniform infiltration phenomenon is more prominent, the multifractal spectrum spectrum is wider, multifractal spectrum and preferential flow ratio are positively correlated, and the index is more sensitive than section staining image.(3)Variation rate and depth by linear fitting leaching, the leaching rate is 80%.The corresponding depth of effective leaching leaching depth, test results show that, with the preferential flow ratio increases, the leaching rate is low,the leaching depth is small.(4)In Jiangxi Anyuan rare earth ore body, the liquid injection hole staining area ratio coefficient of variation is moderate variability, and with the injection depth of the injection hole increased, the staining area decreased than the coefficient of variation, preferential flow decrease.
