Eucalyptus Citriodira was the characteristic forest resources in GuangXi.In this thesis,the essential oil,tannins and saponins of Eucalyptus Citriodira fruits were extracted,the antioxidantion activities of the crude extract and purified extract of tannins and saponins were researched.The main details and results are as follows:(1)Using hydrodistillation to extract the essential oil of Eucalyptus Citriodira fruits and flowers,and analyzed the compisition by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry technology(GC-MS).The main constituents in the fruits oil of Eucalyptus citriodora were 1R-?-Pinene(49.61%),followed by y-terpinen(22.87%),caryophyllene(6.48%)and so on,and 1R-?-Pinene,?-terpinene,and a-terpineol in the flowers oil.Extract the volatile components of fruits and flowers by headspace injection at the same time.The results shows that,?-trans-ocimene,y-terpinen,3-thujene and so on in fruits volatile constituent,?-trans-ocimene,?-trpinen,1R-?-Pinene and so on in flowers.Then extract the fatty acid of Eucalyptus Citriodira fruits and analysis the conponent,the results shows that the yield of fatty acid were 5.11%,main constituents were 9-Octadecenoic acid,12,15-octadecadienoate,Hexadecanoic acid and so on.(2)Using ultrasonic assisted-solvent extraction method to extract the tannins of Eucalyptus Citriodira fruits,the results of color and precipitation reaction determined that was condensed tannin.Optimize the extraction process,results shows that,when temperature was 63.02 ?,44.89 min of time,ethanol volume fraction of 47.55%,the predict yield of tannin was 9.43%.Using solvent process,macroporous resin adsorption and both methods combined to purified the crude extract of tannin.The optimum condition were as follow:X-5 macroporous resin,the concentration of samples was 0.6 mg/mL with flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,the desorption solvent was 60%ethanol with elution flow rate of 1.5 mL/min.After the purification,the purity of samples increased from 9.42%to 58.52%.(3)Using ultrasonic assisted-solvent extraction method to extract the saponins of Eucalyptus Citriodira fruits,bubbles and colors reaction determined that was triterpene saponins.TO optimize the extraction process,results shows that,when temperature was 40.00 ?,time was 45.50 min,ethanol concentration was 40.00%,the predict yield of saponin was 18.48%.Using n-butanol extraction,ether precipitation and macroporous resin adsorption to purified the crude extract of saponin.The purification results shows that the purity of n-butanol extract was 43.62%,ether sediment was 56.64%.The optimum condition were as follow:D101 macroporous resin,the concentration of samples was 0.5 mg/mL with flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,the desorption solvent was 80%ethanol with elution flow rate of 1.5 mL/min,the purity of macroporous resin purification was 34.37%.(4)To evaluate the antioxidantion of the purified samples of Eucalyptus Citriodira fruits tannins,the results shows that the maximum total antioxidant activity was macroporous resin purified,135.47%for tannic acid.Each purified samples have certain ability to remove the DPPH-radical,the maximum scavenging rate was macroporous resin purified,reaching 92.18%.Most purified samples have a stronger ability to remove ·OH radicals than tannic acid,the scavenging rate of the ethyl acetate extract macroporous resin purified were 74.61%,followed by macroporous resin purified content is 68.12%.Samples of Eucalyptus Citriodira fruits tannins present a significant dose-dependent manner.(5)Using total antioxidant activity,the ability to remove the DPPH-and OH radical,to evaluate the antioxidantion of the purified samples of Eucalyptus Citriodira fruits saponins,the results shows that the maximum total antioxidant activity in the order:ether sediment>crude extract>n-butyl alcohol extract>macroporous resin purified of saponin>Vc,basically proportional to the purity of the purified.The result of scavenging DPPH-radical was:Vc>crude extract>n-butyl alcohol extract>ether sediment>macroporous resin purified of saponin,the scavenging rate of the purities was 95.27%?90.07%?84.88%?83.62%and 80.55%in the order,basically inverse proportion to the purity of the purified.The result of scavenging ·OH radical was:ether sediment>n-butyl alcohol extract>crude extract>Vc>macroporous resin purified of saponin,the scavenging rate of the purities was 81.90%?70.85%?60.79%?58.99%and 51.87%,basically proportional to the purity of the purified.Most of the purified sample of-OH radical scavenging effect was good than Vc.
