In the field of industrial dust,bag filter is widely used for its high efficiency and wide application.The performance of the bag filter covers the operating energy consumption the uniformity of the wind the safety performance of the bag damage and so on.The design scheme should comprehensively and synthetical consider all aspects of its performance.Due to the lack of comprehensive performance evaluation method,the present design is often only a single aspect of the performance which failed to consider other changes in performance resulting in design results are often compromise or even worse performance.Based on the analysis and gray-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method this paper establishes a comprehensive evaluation method of the performance of the digital prototype of the bag filter and realizes the performance prediction and comprehensive evaluation of the product design of the dust collector.And through the experiment on the bag filter core components of the pulse valve performance evaluation.This method reduces the subjective randomness and blindness of the designers which is of great significance for enterprises to shorten the R & D cycle and reduce the R & D cost.Paper related topics "bag filter digital prototype integrated test verification platform research and development" won the Sinoma Group Research Fund funded.The main work and achievements of this paper are as follows1.The paper puts forward the comprehensive evaluation index system of the performance of the digital prototype filter bag with the hierarchical structure and gives the connotation calculation method and acquisition way of each evaluation index.2.The paper gives the bag filter performance evaluation method.Aiming at the characteristics of multi-factor multi-objective multi-level multi-association and incomplete information for the evaluation process of bag filter,method of Analytic Hierarchy Process-gray fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to implement the comprehensive evaluation of bag filter.3.Based on the comprehensive evaluation method of bag performance of bag filter,the performance evaluation of various innovative design schemes is carried out.The results show that the I-2 model is a kind of ideal innovative design scheme by changing the layout of the tube sheet.This method can let the designer master the performance of the design program as soon as possible to guide the dust collector design and filtration of schemes to ensure that the efficiency and success rate of the new product development and design.4.Based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process-gray fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,this paper evaluates the performance of a variety of pulse valve.In order to obtain the main performance curve and performance index of the pulse valve under different working conditions a set of experimental system of pulse valve performance test was developed.The results show that the method can realize the performance comparison of different types of pulse valve and the same type of pulse under different working conditions.
