As an efficient dust removal equipment, accidents have occurred occasionally when the filter was working. The main reason is that with the emerging development of bag dust removal technology, the filter manufacturing enterprises is booming everywhere, the performance of the equipments are also uneven.In most cases, because of the filter’s high filtration efficiency, the equipment can reach the dust gas emission standard easily, which covers the mistakes made by the designer. How to improve the working performance and maximize the benefits of bag filter,has important theory value and application prospect including the dust removal efficiency, power consumption, cost and design cycle.Based on the extensive investigation of the related research results domestic and overseas, analyzes the research status and development trend.This paper discusses how to realize the performance evaluation and optimization of digital prototype,through the way of gray fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and response surface approximation-model during the stage of design.Main jobs and conclusions have done as follows:1. Through in-depth and comprehensive research of domestic and overseas literature, on the basis of analyzing the current performance evaluation indexes and evaluation situation of the bag filter, and also summarizes the evaluation index which usually use in the actual situation.This paper builds the evaluation index system which Characterized the filter comprehensive performance according to the demand of the actual subject, and gives the evaluation conten of various indicators, calculation method and acquisition approach are also given.2. Build the comprehensive performance evaluation model of bag filte digital prototype.After analyzing and comparing of the existing performance evaluation method, this paper specificly put forward to using the gray fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to constructe a mathematical model of performance comprehensive evaluation, and then comprehensive performance evaluation of the bag filter digital prototype can be realized.3. The application example of performance evaluation model on the filter digital prototype.Through utilizing the index system, evaluation model and evaluation method to determine the comprehensive performance level of different inlet air bag filter digital prototype. Comparing the evaluation result with the conclusion of many literatures,the results are basically consistent,which can prove the reliability of evaluation results.The method from the perspective of quantitative,determines the different level of the working performance of the prototype is.4. To solve the difficulties of digital prototype’s flow field simulation optimization and time-consuming problems.We combine the response surface approximation model with numerical simulation method.And finally realize the multi-objective automatic optimization of bag filter digital prototype.
